The Korean Football Association (KFA) held a press conference in regards to an MoU with SM Entertainment, today on December 11. SM’s three idols Minho, Xiumin, and Kai have been nominated as the association’s ambassadors.
Xiumin and Kai attended the event to represent SM Entertainment and to sign the MoU with the KFA. At the event, the idols received honorary membership cards and jerseys. Unfortunately, Minho could not attend because he is scheduled to hold a solo concert with SHINee in Japan.
“It is explained in the MoU that SM Entertainment and the KFA can promote one another. SM artists can also attend the association’s matches and give support, this will give them opportunities to be closer with fans,” the KFA’s representative stated.
EXO had previously become ambassadors to promote sports event, the “2014 Nanjing Youth Olympic Games”, which was held in August this year.
