Arshi FF: Love always finds its way

Part 53(Intrusion)

Everyone finally retired from the restaurant to start preparing for the upcoming function. They decided to take shagun(Roka) at Khushi's house after 1 week. Also, Khushi decided to shift from her flat to Gupta house but after the engagement, till then she kept visiting Gupta House and taking something or other stuff there so that she can shift things from her flat to Gupta House. Garima and Shashi were the happiest with this decision of Khushi. Finally, their daughter would be back home but only for a few months cause soon she would be married. The emotions were mixed for Shashi and Garima as they were happy for the reason that their daughter would be back home but again she will leave this house.

In the blink of an eye, three days had already passed Khushi was in N.G.O. today as last weekend she couldn't go to N.G.O. She was talking with Mr Shukla (Caretaker) and was coming out of N.G.O. but stopped as she remembered something as soon as she saw the white SUV parked and there was standing the man she loved 'Arnav'. They had planned to spend the evening together or as Arnav said their "The Dinner Date". Seemed like he was waiting here for a long time. Her eyes open wide as she recalled that it was fixed for the day. Oh! My goodness, Khushi you forgot it how could you? She slapped her head lightly blabbering it to herself. He waved a hand at her she waved back at him but with a guilty face."Shukla Ji, we will discuss this tomorrow" she said.

He was smiling looking at her now this was making her feel more guilty. "Bohot der se khade honge na (You must be standing here for a long time).[He nodded in a yes as a response]. She questioned as she reached near him. I am so sorry love(She held her ears). I won't lie I literally forget that we had planned the evening with each other. Actually, I was busy with office work and then my phone battery was low and it discharged. Then I came here and got busy again and it totally slipped my mind. I apologise for it love. I... Before she could say something more he kept his fingers her lips shushing her down. "Vaise Jaan I love to hear your voice but I always tell you that these sorry just doesn't suit your mouth. And why are you being apologetic? sweetheart, it is not bad to be a workaholic and then doesn't I know how much work pressure you have firstly office and then N.G.O handling them both is tedious and tiring." he said calmly and lovingly touching her cheek. She was looking at him in trance was she really this fortunate? to have this man who understood her so well. Instead of fussing, he was appreciating her? "Jaan" he clicked his fingers in front of her eyes to bring her back from her own world of thinking. Chale ab? (Can we go now?). I am really hungry he said she nodded. He opened the car door for her to sit.

He starts to drive the car. "Why are you like this? Aren't you angry with me at all? Why?" she asked in a daze.

"Jaan don't ask me such a silly question it is not a big deal you had worked so you forgot it. What is the benefit of making it an issue? If you had done intentionally I would have been angry with you. But why I should complain now?" he said."

"It is a big deal love you aren't a free man you are busy and have lots of work may be much more than me. As if I don't know that you must have postponed your meetings or would have completed your work early so that we could get time with each other and here I was late. So much of the time was wasted because of me" said Khushi.

"Yeah, I completed my work early so that we can be together for more time. And that is simply because you are my priority Khushi so doesn't matter if I give my time for you and dare you to call it a wastage of time and yes I shamelessly want to tell you that I just couldn't forget it cause I was damn desperate to meet you because for god sake it has been 3 days and we had not communicated at all not even on a phone call," said Arnav. Khushi didn't know actually what to react well his last sentence did bring a red hue on her face turning it red. She kept quiet for the rest of the journey by smiling all the time. She was blessed with the best person in this world.
