Chapter 31

BECAS POV
I have no idea where I am. All I know is that my dad grabbed me and blindfolded me. I'm so scared about what is going to happen to me. All I can feel is coldness against my skin and my hands are tied behind my back. My breathing becomes shallow and quick. Great now I'm having a panic attack. Suddenly I hear his voice,wait is he talking to someone? I can't hear anyone else in the room. Is he talking to himself?
"I know honey,I know I said I didn't have to go into work today but that changed." Shelia of course the stepmonster. How can she believe him? Is she really that stupid?
"No I won't be late,I just need to care of something and then I'll be home,I promise"
Take care of something? Wait was I the something? Of course Beca why are you even questioning yourself?
"Goodbye sweetheart,I'll see you soon. I love you"
Great now it's just me and him,I guess it time for me to face my fate. He ripped the blindfold off my face and looked at me with such evil. Fuck I'm so scared right now. I need Chloe,as I think more and more about Chloe and how I wish she could save and how I wish I could tell her how much I love her,a single tear roles down my cheek and he hits me.
"Stop crying Beca. Crying isn't going to help you!" Another hit to my face. I've never seen my dad so angry before,even when I came out as a lesbian he didn't seem this angry. He finally untied me from the chair and picked me up before throwing me across the room where my back hit the wall. He then began kicking me in the ribs.
"I told you this would happen if ever saw you again,this is all your fault. Why did you have to come back? We were all happy without you" he said as he carried on punching and kicking me. The next thing I know he's putting me in a van before shouting.
"It's time you join your pathetic mother"
And then it all went black.
CHLOES POV
I haven't heard from Beca since this morning,I'm kind of hoping it's because she's been busy with classes and hasn't had time to look at her phone. Me and Aubrey were making our way to the auditorium to set up for Bella's rehearsals for this afternoon. Once we got there I keep checking my phone to see if I have any messages from Beca. Aubrey noticed this and said "Chloe stop worrying she'll be fine,she'll be here soon"
"You're right I'm sorry,let's finish setting up"
Ten minutes later the room was all set up and the girls started arriving,still no sign of Beca. But I try not to worry because she's always the last to arrive. Twenty minutes later and no Beca and I have this gut feeling she's in trouble,so I try ringing her,no answer. And again,no answer. Aubrey notices how worried I am and just looks at me and says "Go!" I silently reply "Thank you" pick up my bag and run out of the room to look for my girlfriend.
I ran to her dorm,her roommate hadn't seen her since this morning. The next place I tried was the radio station in case she'd been back there after classes,neither Luke or Jesse had seen her since her shift this morning either. I was running out of ideas. I considered calling the police,when I bumped into Tom.
"TOM!!" I shouted.
"Chloe? What do you want?"
"Where is she?" I asked with tears in my eyes.
"Who? Beca?" He looked in my eyes and could see my sadness and concern.
"Chloe I have no idea,I promise you"
"Fine I believe you. Do you have any idea who would do this?"
"You know who Chloe,but I have no idea where he'd take her,I'm sorry."
I leave Tom feeling more disheartened than ever. Think Chloe,think. Where would he take her? I don't know where he lives,but would he really take her there anyway?
And then it hit me like a tone of bricks,the garden. If Beca was in trouble she'd go there and be with her mother. So I ran as fast as I could,I had to see her. I finally made it and saw her lead lifeless on the bench.
"BECA!!!" I screamed,holding her unconscious body in my arms,kissing her cold lips I said. "Come on baby,wake up for me please" I began to cry harder "please Beca"
I pulled out my phone and called an ambulance,hoping and praying Beca would be ok.
