Beca and Chloe finally arrive at the coffee shop on campus. As they entered the shop Chloe released her arm from Beca's. Beca instantly missing the contact from the other girl. "So Beca,do you want to drink? It's on me" Beca nods in response and just says "Black coffee please" Chloe sets of to the counter whilst Beca finds them a table.
When Chloe makes her way over to the table the small brown haired girl has picked out for them, Beca is just staring out of the window. Chloe places the coffee's down on the table pulling Beca out of her thoughts. She automatically snaps at Chloe asking "why am I here Chloe?" Chloe shocked at the question responds "I already told you Beca,I want to get to know you"
"Trust me,I'm not a girl you want to know" Beca snaps. Chloe just looks surprised, silence quickly falls over the two girls neither of them knowing what to say.
"Beca....Becs?" Beca's head quickly snaps at Chloe. "What did you just call me?" She responds with anger,scaring Chloe. "I uh....I'm sorry" before Beca could even answer she saw something she hadn't seen in years. She couldn't control the shaking that was approaching her body and she could feel the tears starting to roll down her cheeks. Her hands started to pick at the scars on her arms,she was so scared.
As soon as Chloe noticed this she rushed over to Beca's side and placed her hand in hers. "Beca,look at me. You need to calm down. Take deep breaths" she looked straight into her eyes seeing the pain that lives behind them.
"Chloe,don't let him hurt me" Beca pleaded like her life depended on it.
"Who Beca? Who is going to hurt you?"
Suddenly the door swings open and there's a voice that shouts "YOU!!!!"
