I wake up and I'm in the hospital. I look around. No Grayson , no Ethan no anyone. I look at my wrists , not a mark in sight , I look down to my stomach, nothing. I ring the bell for the nurse to come. "She's awake" it's a male voice , he comes rushing in , he holds my hand. "N...Nathan" I say pulling my hand away. "W..what happened" I say.

He opens his mouth but closes it as my parents come rushing in. "Paige my poor baby. Your awake." My mum says kissing me on the forehead , "how long have I been out?" I ask . "You have been out for 3 weeks and 2 days" my dad says , I almost choke. "W..what" I say confused. "Mum , dad can you get me the nurse please." I say , "I ... think one of us should sta.." "NOW PLEASE" I cut my dad of , they both run and get the nurse.

"Nathan what the fuck happened to me." I say grabbing him by the collar "where's Ethan and Grayson" I ask letting go of him. "G...graysons in prison." He says. "N..no he's not he did this to me." I say crying . "Paige what are you talking about ." He says . "Me and you where in my office , I told you to go home and you fell down the stairs , you tripped over your shoe lace." He says "why are you lying to me" I say crying. "No Paige honestly that's what happened." He says. "And who's Ethan." He breathes out.

"Graysons twin brother." I say in a duh tone. "Grayson doesn't have a twin brother Paige" he says.
"Y...yes he does" I say shouting. "Paige , I have every file on him , his family , his life , everything , and he only has a sister , Cameron." He says confused.

I sit back in my chair , the nurse arrives , she does a few check ups runs some tests. Nathan has to be lying right. He .. Ethan has to be real , I couldn't of dreamed that , it was so real. "It's common for you to have dreams and make up things when your in a coma" the nurse says . She hands me a cup of water , "the young man said that you where a bit confused , but that's very common , you just have to ask some friends , what's real and WHO is real." She says patting me on the head , she puts a cup of water on the table. "Drink this, your throat is most probably dry." And with that she walks out.

I grab my phone that's on the table and dial 1 number . " kaydi , can you come to the hospital." I say "your awake" she says in a fan gurl tone. "No I'm sleep taking . Yes I'm awake just get your ass and Leo's ass and your mans asses down here" I say I hang up the phone and drink down the water in one big gulp.

After about 30 minuets , all 4 of them get here. I smile as Leo and kaydi hug me , I hug them back. "Kaydi where is Ethan." I say kaydi and Leo look at each other "Ethan who's Ethan" Leo says. "Get out" I say I laugh. "Paige , who's Ethan." Leo repeats. "Graysons twin." I say "Grayson doesn't have a ..." i cut her off "don't say he doesn't have a twin because I know he does , he took me shopping he protected me from a bomb , he protected me from Grayson , he was in hospital when Olivia cut his oxygen tubes, and he died in the hospital" I say now in tears.

All 4 of them look at me with pure guilt in there eyes. "Paige none of that happened ," said kaydi.
"It did" I choke out. "Ohh and you , you 4 are in a gang and jack he stopped me from killing myself and then he raped me in the back of his van and took me to Grayson" I say "this did happen stop lying"

"Maybe we should get a doctor" says kian. "Ohh shut the fuck up." I say. "I'm sorry..." I continue "no it's fine." He says a slight smile curled in his lip. "And ... and Grayson hurt me real bad.." I trail of "p...please tell me the truth." I say.

They all look at me. "Paige , we're sorry we can't help you , none of that happened." Leo says guilt written all over her face.
