Waltz and the modelling is now done. Finally! What can we do to celebrate?! Oh... Another performance...
Katie and Aki have one last performance task to do. An opera/musical. Since Katie and Aki are in different sections, they have different ideas. Katie's section will do High School Musical while Aki's section will do The Greatest Showman.
They already practiced in a lot of scenes so the teachers decided to do a public performance.
Katie's section went to the gymnasium to practice in there. Aki's section will perform after they're done.
"Alright Divinity, get to your places." Ms. Eliza said.
"Welcome to the New Year's eve party guys! so does any of you wants to sing?" Andrew said. Some girls pushed Gabriella (aka Katie) to the stage and as for the guys they pushed Troy (aka Aj).
The song on the screen was "Start of Something New" and both of them started singing.
Aj: Livin' in my own world
Didn't understand
That anything can happen

Katie: I never believed in
What I couldn't see
I never opened my heart (Aj: Ohhh)
To all the possibilities
While they we're singing, all the students just started dancing and some sang along and the others just swayed their flashlights up.
Both: I know...
Katie: That something has changed
Both: Never felt this way...
Katie: And right here tonight
Both: This could be the Start of something new
Katie: It feels so right to be here with you (ohhh)
Both: And now looking in your eyes
Katie: I feel in my heart (feel in my heart)
Both: The Start of something new
After the song they changed characters. Chez (aka Sharpay) and Ryan are about to sing "What I've Been Looking For". As for their last song all of the students got their lab gown and went to their places. They sang "High School Musical" and all of them started dancing and singing. That was their last performance as grade 9 students.
"Okay, so your performance was a little messy and it's sort of not an opera but since you guys had fun and the two parts were good, well done!" Ms. Eliza said and left the room.
She then walked to the other room where Aki and the others are. "Alright, class." Ms. Eliza said. "To your places!". And so everyone went to their respective places.
Avriella: We don't have a collateral.
Matt: We do have a collateral.
Avriella: Where?
Matt: In the South China Seas!
Avriella: In the South China Seas?
Matt: Deep in the South China Seas.
And so, the practice in went beautifully! The advisor was pleased and they all cheered because it paid off.
Well, actually, the Waltz and the Opera/Musical was part of our clearance. If you guys don't know what that is, it's basically some task you have to do in order to be completely finish a subject and be able to go to next school year. Like our science, we needed complete notes.
