Alexander smiled as he pulled back from our kiss. I blushed and caressed his thigh with my hand. I really did love him.

I leant in again and brushed our lips together in the most teasing way. Smiling at him, I ran my hands under his shirt. I was so excited. I really wanted him to--

Alex's phone buzzed from across the room. Sighing, he pulled away from our warm embrace and slid out of the bed, despite my fierce protesting, and picked his phone up to check it.

"Who is it?" I mumbled, annoyed.

"Laf." Alex was clearly concentrating on his phone more than me, which was mildly upsetting. I get out of bed and slip my arms around his shoulders.

"What does Laf want?"

"It's to do with the history lesson he missed when he was in France. He wants me to send him my notes," Alex replied, finally looking up at me.

"Can't it wait?" I complained, "We're sort of in the middle of something here." I gestured around me, pissed off.

Alexander shrugged. "We have the test on it tomorrow, and so I should probably give him the notes so that he can catch up."

"Do you have the notes with you now?" I didn't really need him to reply to that - I knew he didn't.

"No... they're at my house. Sorry, John, I've got to go. I'll come back later, though, I promise."

Alex leaned in and kissed me goodbye. I watched him put his jacket on and open the bedroom door. He turned and smiled at me; "See you later, yeah?"

"OK," I said, forcing a smile. As soon as the door closed I sank back down on the bed. "You just won't, though."

Sorry this was a really short chapter, it sort of became an introduction, although it was meant to be a long chapter.

Anyhoo, this is the first proper Hamilton fan fiction I've ever written (excluding my smutty oneshots) so it's probably going to be absolutely terrible, but bear with me. Also, because I'm in school at the moment and doing my GCSES (yeah, I'm British), so updates may not always be that frequent, but I will try. :)
