"With mirth and laughter let old wrinkles come." William Shakespeare, The Merchant of Venice.
-Aubrey's POV-
I awoke with a snore and a glance around my room, hearing a hard knock on my bedroom door.
"Lady Aubrey? May I come in?" I heard Thor's muffled voice call.
Still slightly incoherent and sleepy I just said a very garbled 'Yes' and retreated back under the covers.
The knob turned and the door was pushed opened. Thor walked in, seeing me hiding under the covers and giving me a smirk.
"Someone's being rather lazy."
"Give me a break I was tired." I yawned, sitting up in bed.
Thor chuckled, "There seems to be a creature living on your head."
I glanced over at the computer monitor and saw my hair sticking out in twists and odd angles. A serious case of bed head.
I giggled, grabbed my glasses and stretched, my back popping.
"Stark wanted me to wake you, he said you and him are going out today and then tonight there will be a meeting held." Thor paused and I got up and went into my bathroom to brush my hair and teeth.
"Since you're an Avenger now you'll be allowed into all of the meetings."
I smiled and brushed my hair out and then picked up my toothbrush and toothpaste and began working on my pearly whites.
"Why do mortals take so long when they're getting ready?" He huffed but gave me a small smirk.
I laughed and pulled my hair up, "We can't just appear in the clothes we want to be in for the day, we aren't Gods."
I walked out of my bathroom and went to walk past him.
Thor swiftly grabbed me around the waist and threw me over his shoulder his arm holding onto my legs. I squealed and laughed, hitting him in the lower back and getting nowhere with it. Even if he wasn't wearing his normal Asgardian clothing and armor he was still a God and I couldn't do much harm to him.
"Thor put me down!" I screeched.
He laughed a hearty laugh and began walking down the hallway. I glanced up and looked at Loki's door.
He walked through the living room with me hanging limply on his shoulder. I waved to Natasha and Clint as I walked past them.
Natasha shook her head and smirked and Clint raised an eyebrow.
"STARK!" Thor called.
"Kitchen!" Tony answered back.
Thor walked into the kitchen and Tony tilted his head.
"You can put her down now your mission is complete," Tony smirked.
Thor hefted me over his shoulder and sat me on the ground. I stumbled and fell into someone who caught me.
I looked up and was staring into the eyes of Bruce. I blushed and quickly gained back my balance.
"Thank goodness you caught me," I said sheepishly.
He smiled slightly, "Yeah wouldn't want you spilling onto the floor."
Tony clapped, "Alright the game plan is to get this oooonnnneee," He gestured towards me, "New clothes. Preferably something with my face on it."
"Tony," I said crossing my arms over my chest.
He held up his hands, "Just a suggestion, jeez."
I laughed, "Let me get dressed first." I patted his chest and walked back through the living room, down the hall, and into my room. I got dressed in a pair of blue jeans, my green colored gold laced Converse, a blue shirt, and a leather jacket. Applied very little makeup and small wings on my eyeliner. I went back out to meet Tony.
