"Jess, is that you?"
"Yea mom. Sorry I haven't called."
"It's fine sweetie.How did the funeral go."
"It wasn't a party,but everything went good."
"Sorry I wasn't able to come."
"No it's fine. Why didn't you come?"
She starts chocking up.
"Where's dad...?" I start to tear up.
"Over the week that you were gone he had a small stroke. He's fine he's going to stay at the hospital for a week."
"I'm going to visit dad."
I arrived at the hospital. Wow I've been here 4 times this week.
"Who are you here for?" A nurse asks.
"Isaac Moore."
"Room 667"
"Thank you."
I open the door and my dad is lying in bed.
"Jess?"
"Daddy." I say tearing up.
I run up to him."Are you okay?"
"I'm fine sweetie."
I end up spending the night with my daddy.
