Anniversary

4 years later~

We laid entangled in each other's arms as my ringtone went off, causing me to stir and wake up. I answered my phone, it was Mum calling.
"Happy New Years! Make sure not to drink too much tonight and don't make bad decisions!"
I turned back over and was met with Jackson's eyes. I smiled and kissed him.
"Heyyy I was meant to kiss you first" he whined causing me to giggle. He smiled and pulled me closer to him.
"Excited for today?" He asked and I hummed in response, Jackson had planned a full day of activities in a lead up to a party Mark was hosting tonight. Today marks 4 years since we met.

"Go have a shower and wear something nice" he winked as he walked out of our bedroom. We bought an apartment together a few years ago. Jackson was at my house constantly anyway, so it only made sense to live together.

I hopped out of the shower and slipped on a nice outfit before doing my hair and heading into the kitchen. A stack of pancakes and my handsome boyfriend greeted me, a goofy smile on his face.
"You look amazing babe" he winked and pulled my chair out for me, I blushed and my heart fluttered. His charm still has the same effect on me 4 years later. We quickly ate breakfast before Jackson got ready. He walked into the lounge room in a simple outfit, his handsomeness still taking my breath away every day.

"Wait right here" he says as he walks outside, before returning with a bouquet of roses.
"Beautiful flowers for a beautiful girl" he whispers into my ear before planting a soft kiss on my cheek. He places the flowers in a vase before leading me downstairs to his car, opening the door for me. We drove off and arrived at the cafe we had our first date on. We sat at the same table and Jackson ordered two hot chocolates.
"Trying to impress me again?" I ask and he nods sending me a handsome smile before grabbing my hand.

We finished our drinks and headed back to the car, soon arriving at the carnival.
"Are we repeating our first date?" I ask.
"Yep, but this time it will end better than it did originally" he laughed and dragged me around the park. We spent the day on rides before arriving on the Ferris wheel. We remade our kiss, with just as much as emotion as the first time.
