Annabeth POV

After I found out Percy died, I became a teacher. At Goode High.

I know what they say. They tell me to cheer up, but they don't understand. Have they lost someone they had known when they were twelve. Did they lose their Husband? Was the love of their life killed brutally in a war?

No. I heard someone Whisper,"They say she's the best. Then what is this?" I screamed.

"DO NOT EVER TALK ABOUT ME LIKE THAT!" I yelled. They cowered, I was angry.

"I WAS THE BEST. MY HUSBAND DIED, WAS KILLED, MURDERED, WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT, IN A WAR! I KNEW HIM WHEN I WAS TWELVE, AND. HE'S. GONE. HE'S DEAD!!" I screamed, starting to cry. Percy would usually be here, to comfort me, to do anything, just to be there. My Favourite student, Alissa Morrens, came up and gripped my hand as she hugged me. Then another student, and another, until I was surrounded by sorrowful kids. "I'm sorry." They were saying,

There was nothing they could do.......

Percy was gone. I wanted to believe he was alive, but I couldn't. In the army, of all places. Forget about being a child of Athena, I felt like a child of a goddess of misery. I was so broken i didn't remember her name. I took out my cell phone, and showed them a picture, the one of when we were 18. When we were kissing.

I showed them another picture, a close up of Percy. He was so happy, and I was too. Everyone was crying. I told them: "It's okay. But Percy's dead."

A deep voice resonated out of the shadows. "Not dead. Just lost track of, temporarily......"

I whirled around to find........

A muscular young man, with a ripped army uniform, bloody bandages. But, my breath intake suddenly sped up. He has tousled black hair. A bronze sword at his side.

But.........His eyes, were sea green, broken, but full of love. My heart filled up, the older years forgotten.

My beloved Seaweed Brain was back.

Third Person POV

The students were amazed to see their teacher run with inhuman speed to the man who looked like the boy in their teacher's pictures.

Annabeth tackled Percy, rolling over him, as they kissed, fiercely, pouring years of love, heartbreak and separation into the kiss.

The kids watched as their teacher became whole again. Her eyes brightened, and her mood was happy. The man came up front, and grinned a handsome, trademark, lopsided smile.

"Hi, I'm Percy Jackson."

Annabeth laughed and put her arm around Percy, and Percy kissed her head.

Annabeth had never felt so alive.

After school had ended, Percy and Annabeth went home and lay on the bed together. Both wanting something to eat very badly......................

 BLUE COOKIES!

They had the best night of their lives, throwing cookie dough and blue food colouring at each other.

Percy was back, and Annabeth was happier than ever. Her Seaweed Brain was back.

And....... CUT!!!

Wait for the next chapter. Remember, I take requests!
