Week 2, Day 7

Felix~

"You slept with Jiyeon? Tell me you're joking?" Chan looked at me in disbelief.  "And it was also unprotected? Felix, what if she-"

"I know! We've talked about this already- so many times in the cabin," I brushed my hair with my fingers and laid back against the sofa. "I'll take up all the responsibility."

"Hell yeah, you will- whatever happens, you should never leave her behind."

"I won't." I looked down at my hands and thought of all the possibilities.

"Do you like her?" He finally sat down beside me, his head's probably starting to cool off.

"I do, but it took me so long to realize that. Plus, it's not like she'll ever like me back or anything-"

"How can you be so sure? Remember the night when she caught you and Jennie making out? I ran after her, and saw her crying."

"Of course. She saw Jennie with someone else."

"Oh no, she didn't cry because of Jennie- she cried because of you," Chan explained to me how he knows all about me and Sky's bet. "Did you know the reason why she really wanted to date Jennie in the first place?"

"Because she liked her."

"No. Because she likes you."

Chan explained to me how Sky dated Jennie, just so that if she and I broke up or even made our relationship stronger, at least I wouldn't have to get hurt anymore.

And when I pretended to like Sky, she believed that I liked her- which is why she got really upset in the end.

I hurt her.

It's all my fault.

Knock*

"What now? We legitimately were just together a few hours ago-" I scowled and ranted, but he suddenly shut me up with a long, passionate kiss.

"I'm so sorry." He mumbled against my lips.

"Stop." I tried pushing him out of my room, but his resistance is just way too strong.

"Let's talk again."

"We already talked last night!"

"Come on, it's Sunday. We're supposed to meet." He tried bribing me, but I just won't give in.

"I told you, I don't want to play that stupid game anymore!"

"Neither do I!" He yelled, which froze me in spot.

"So, it's game over?" I let my mouth say whatever it wants.

"Game over," he locked the door behind us and sat us over to my bed. "Chan hyung told me why you thought of this bet..."

"That was before. Not anymore." I whispered while playing with my fingers. I don't know why, but I suddenly feel all shy and embarrassed.

"I'm sorry if I hurt you before. Sorry if I faked everything during the start... but I promise, I'm not like that anymore. I actually really like you..." he went on, as if he wasn't even listening to what I just said earlier.

"Then what? I break up with Jennie and you keep her to yourself? I already know you plans-"

"You break up with Jennie and be with me instead," he breathed heavily, his chest rising higher than usual. "It's not even about her anymore, it's about us."

"Well, I don't want an 'us' anymore. I don't want anything to do with you." I suddenly felt like crying for no reason.

"No. Stop that," he cupped my face with his hands and gave my forehead a delicate kiss. "I'm not gonna leave you behind."

"Please just leave..." I let out a hoarse cry. "My heart hurts and I'm tired."

"No, Sky. No more hurting for you," he looked me straight in the eyes and gave me a smile that showed vivid pain.

"I love you." He told me.

But this time, it feels very sincere.
