"A day at the mall?" Shortstacks cut her off.
"Two hundred dollars is way too little for the five of us to survive at the mall," Sasha disagreed.
"No, only if we go to a really big mall," Alex suggested.
"We can go to the movies then!" A smile formed on Ryan's face.
"Yes!" everyone agreed, and they set out with their money to the movie theater.
~~Yippee time skips~~
"What should we watch?" Sasha asked all of her friends.
Alex went down the list of the movies they were showing. "Black Jaguar, Love; Simmons, Rally Player Three, A Wrinkle in Paper, and The Greatest Showwoman."
"Hmm," Karisa looked closely at all of the choices. "How about 'Greatest Showwoman'?"
All of the five agreed. All of the movies seemed good, so seeing any one of them was not an issue.
TheFiveSpirits entered the theater. "All of us would like to see The Greatest Showwoman please," Sasha told the ticket cashier.
"That'll be 55 dollars," the employee replied.
Sasha paid and passed out the tickets to her friends. Next, she let them run wild with how much snacks they were going to purchase.
I do not want to go into detail but let's just say, they bought a LOT. Popcorn, candy, beverages, you name it.
And during the movie, they, of course, did not turn off or silence their phones. They were not super quiet, either.
~~~After a VERY good movie, with five not-so-good audience members~~~
Karisa, Ryan, and Sasha helped their other friends out of the theater. Alex and Cameron were bawling their eyes out, falling on the floor.
"It was," Shortstacks sobbed, "so good. Such. Beauty."
"How," Alex said through tears, "they were separated by society. In the beginning. And then. At the end. They were finally able to be together." They wailed.
"Let's go eat froyo (frozen yogurt)," Sasha suggested, holding Alex's left shoulder.
"Yes, good idea," Karisa agreed, supporting Alex's right.
So the five went to a frozen yogurt parlor nearby, so the two sensitive movie people could eat their tears away, and the rest could enjoy delicious froyo. Yum.
A/N: Writing this chapter made me hungry, so here I am eating popcorn. :)
