The Vampire Princess

Chapter 8

For many days Ellen's routine has been the same. And every night before going off to sleep she now stands at her balcony listens to the mysterious violin player and which calms her down and then she sleeps. Though she couldn't stop wondering who could be the mysterious violin player but she never asked anyone.

"No matter what happens I will always protect you... Always protect you... Always protect..." Ellen woke up soaked in sweat. Every night she hears these words once said by Eldon. And as soon as she wakes up she feels weird in her stomach as something bad is about to happen. But she feels an awkward liking for Eldon. Ellen checked the time and it was 5 am in the morning. She had a free day today so she decided to drift off to sleep again and wake up late to meet up with Celine.

After morning breakfast

"So what are your plans for today?", asked King Hayden. "Not much Father, do you require me for anything?" asked Ellen. "Nothing dear he just asked", interrupted Queen Marlene with a warming smile on her face, Ellen smiled back at them and went back to her room and started reading.

After a while, she got up and starting getting ready when Liana knocked her door. "Come in," said Ellen. Liana entered the room. "Lord Eldon from Ekusa had sent flowers for you," said Liana and smiled. "Thank you" replied Ellen. After Liana left Ellen looked at the flowers which Eldon had sent for her and placed it in a vase. She smiled while looking at the flowers and completed her makeup and left for the training building.

As she reached the training building, she was greeted by other trainees, she exchanged small words with everyone and walked towards the training area. "Run faster" screamed Celine. Ellen looked towards the field and saw Jake running.
She walked towards Celine and whispered in her ear, "Don't be so hard on him". Celine looked back but didn't say anything to her.

After Jake's running practice was over Celine dismissed him and went with Ellen. Ellen obviously noticed that Celine's eyes lit whenever she spoke to Jake or spoke about Jake. So she asked, "So is there anything I don't know about you, or you want to share with me?" Celine looked at Ellen for some time and uttered, "Well nothing much, Jake is just a trainee to me except he plays violin every night". "Wait, what? Jake is the one who plays violin every night in the garden?" exclaimed Ellen. Celine gave an astonishing look to her, Ellen suddenly changed the topic and said, "By the way it was not Jake I was asking about. I was asking about you. And I guess my dear best friend you have a crush on your trainee". Celine chuckled and said, "No I don't" to which Ellen replied, "Yes you do, I know you too well honey" and laughed. "Leave me, you say what's up with you Princess Ellen. I hear Lord Eldon is sending you flowers", said Celine teasing her. "Only today he did, but wait how did you know?" Asked Ellen raising up her left eyebrow. "Words spread fast here honey, don't forget that", replied Celine.

They were in the middle of their chat a guard approached them and said, "Princess Ellen, Lord Eldon is here in Skypen and right now he is with the King. King has asked for your presence in the castle right now". "Umm ok thank you. I'll be there." replied back, Ellen. "I guess see you later celi", said Ellen in an upsetting tone. Celine laughed and said I can clearly hear that your heartbeat has increased with Lord Eldon's mention, so go." Ellen blushed and walked back to the castle.

As soon she entered the drawing room she saw King Hayden and Lord Eldon chatting with each other. They sensed her presence and stood up. Eldon bowed and welcomed Ellen. And again Ellen blushed, King Hayden noticed that.
"Any update about Dylan and Shyla's whereabouts?" asked Ellen. "The news is that they are hiding in Skypen" replied Eldon. "Is that why you came here yourself. To inform us?" asked Ellen in an unsettling tone. Eldon stared at her as if he was out of words. King Hayden sensed the tension in the air and said, "Don't be so curt to him Ellen. He has come to Skypen, the Kings Landing for the first time. Give him a tour of the castle". "Yes Father" replied Ellen and asked Eldon to follow her.

After giving him a grand tour to the castle finally, she took him to her room and said, "Lastly, this is my room and...." before Ellen could finish her words Eldon pinned her to the wall and smooched her lips. Ellen first struggled for a while but later gave in. After a long kiss, Eldon said, "I have waited so long to do this". Ellen also composed herself but blushed. "Day after tomorrow is the ball, will you stay here till then", asked Ellen in a soft tone. "Do you want me to stay Princess?" asked back Eldon with a mischievous smile on his face. "Ell... Ellen, you can call me by my name Lord Eldon", said Ellen. "You can call me Eldon, Ellen" replied Eldon. They both went silent for a while. The situation was becoming uncomfortable for Ellen and Eldon sensed that so he broke the silence and said, "King Hayden, asked me to stay till the ball is over. But Ellen I want to know something from you", asked Eldon. Ellen nodded her head as yes, Eldon continued, "Ellen, will you be my date for the ball? I know you never took any date ever to the ball, but I..." this time before Eldon could finish Ellen pushed him to the bed. She was above him and started kissing his lips. Eldon got turned on and tossed Ellen down and now he was above her. The kiss started growing passionate. Eldon started biting her earlobes and licked her neck and slid down to her shoulder and was kissing and biting.

"May I come in Princess", Liana asked and knocked on the door. Both Ellen and Eldon jumped up from the bed and composed themselves. "Yes", replied Ellen. As soon as Liana entered Ellen charged her with questions, "Where have you been Liana? You need to show Eldon I mean Lord Eldon his guest bedroom". Liana glanced at both of them and replied, "Sorry Princess I was working, it won't happen again. Lord Eldon, please do follow me". Eldon nodded his head as a gesture of yes. Before they left Ellen said, "Eldon, yes I would". Eldon looked back at Ellen with a smile and winked at her and then walked away towards his guest bedroom with Liana.

I guess it was steamy enough. More romance and drama to come. Stay tuned.
