Gabe Octavius Garcia. 34 year old man who is believed to be behind the deaths of many drug cartel members. He was once in a gang himself. Works like an assassin and kills people who could be potential threat to his gang. He was my suspect of being the serial killer Acid. However, he was killed by Acid himself. Wounds that could come from a sickle. Message written in blood. These are all Acid's work. I did not expect this to happen but it has. I do not want to waste anymore time. I want to question every single member of the cult. I want answers. The room has only one door and one window. Even that window is blocked with wooden planks. The only way in and out is through the door that was heavily guarded by the members. Surely, someone must've seen Acid entering the room. And we have the cult members, at least one of them must've saw Acid.
It's now 1 am, and none of them saw anyone came in the room. None of them. They all are surprised themselves. I no longer understand this. How? How does one goes in and out of an area that is highly guarded? 5! 5 people have been murdered now! And no one but Kyle Howard. Kyle Howard. If I put myself in a serial killer's mind, I would want to kill any witnesses. Officer Kyle Howard saw him. And he knows that. So why did Acid let him go? Unless his victims actually have some sort of meaning. But what? Serial killers are usually categorized in two different groups. Organized and disorganized. Now that I think about it, Acid has to be an organized serial killer. Because if he was disorganized, he would've killed Officer Kyle Howard. But he did not. Which means there are only a certain people that he can kill. Now, I need to figure out what are the types of people he can kill. No. That does not work. I've been through this. None of the victims have anything in common. But then if he kills at random, then why did he took the risk of letting Kyle Howard live? Or there is something that I'm not aware of. The killing needs to stop. I have to solve this. End this. It's already getting on my nerve. What do I do now? Some part of me thinks that the Acid cult is hiding something. And another part of me thinks I need to find the connection between the victims. Lorenzo is confident that the cult is hiding something, but Tom's instinct tells him that those people are telling the truth. But again, it is impossible for someone to walk in and out of a building undetected. I just want to rest right now, and tomorrow I'll come back to the police station to continue interrogate them.
Once i got back to my apartment, I went to bed straight away. I need to rest my mind. Unfortunately, I woke up in someone's house. I don't recognize it at all. It's not a place I've been in. I walk straight to the staircase, cause I believe I know why I'm here. Acid is here as well. As I suspected, I heard noises coming from upstairs. Once I ran up there, I guessed right. The sounds were coming from the bedroom. I need to confront him now. Kicked the door open, to see Acid fucking the corpse of a young lady. "Stop right now Acid!". A dark gloomy voice replied me "Oh you're back? Enjoying the view?". I was focused, serious. "I'm done playing games. I want to know the connection between your victims.". "Hahahaha I'll take that as you admitting defeat.". I answered "No, I just really need to put an end to this. To you.". He gave me a demonic stare and said "I'll give you the piece of the puzzle that you were too smart to realize.". He then throws his sickle to my face and that is when I woke up. I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. I got off the couch that I was sleeping on, and answered the phone that was charging in my bedroom. It was Hank. "Oliver, I hate to say this, but there is another body found. And it has Acid written all over it.". I straight away left my place to go to the address that Hank gave me. Acid said he'll leave me the piece of the puzzle that I left out. Once I got there, the only thing that I was looking for was the message left by Acid. Written in blood on the wall nearby where the body is left. "at an equal distance from extremities of something. -Acid".
