Walls

We put up walls we hide behind

When they ask if it hurts we say little white lies

We tell everyone that we're doing okay

Even when we can't get over the things in our way

We are all in so much pain

It feels like everywhere there's rain

In every corner of your life there is

A piece that's broken so much it's

Almost like it may never be able to be fixed

But if you listen I promise you this

God can break down all of your walls

Even if you've built them ten stories tall

There is no situation He can't make better

If you let Him in it'll heal so much quicker

He'll break down the walls of fear and shame

He'll break down the ones of guilt and pain

He'll even break down the wall of anger

That's built up inside you making you bitter

Let Him in and let me tell you

There'll be so much more that you can do.
