party part one

Cheryl's pov

After school I️ went home and started prepping stuff for the party. I️ had hundreds of solo cups and more alcohol then most of the kids in riverdale have probably ever seen. The word had spread through twitter and over two hundred people said they were gonna stop in so I️ had to be ready. I️ told people they could come at eight. At around seven Toni and Kevin showed up at my door. I️ hired Kevin to dj the party since I️ didn't want to be manning a playlist all night. He didn't mind because I️ said he could ask fangs out over the speakers. Toni came early to help me set up and hang out because, well we are dating.
"Kev all the speakers and stuff are over there" I️ said pointing towards the living area "if you want anything help yourself"
"Thanks. This is gonna be so fun" Kevin said
"Toni come up here I️ need help picking out a jacket" I️ said signaling for her to follow me upstairs. Kevin winks at me. "Ugh get your mind out of the gutter Keller"
We go into my room and shut the door. No we aren't having sex. Even though you might think I️t, sex isn't my everything in a relationship. My mean girl exterior may portray that but I'm really someone who doesn't need sex all the time. I️ just need someone who can really be there. Not to say I️ don't like sex, I️t just isn't the most important thing
"Thanks so much for coming" I️ say smiling
"I️ wouldn't miss I️t. I️m always up for a drink and I'm always up to hang out with you" she says
She takes my face and softly plants a kiss on my lips. Her lips are soft. Her hands are warm. I️ put my hands on her face and softly kiss her back
I've never felt this way when I've kissed someone. I've never enjoyed a kiss like this. Never. Because I️ never really wanted to kiss someone this much in so long.
As we pull apart she says "you are already wearing a jacket you know"
"I️ just wanted to hang out with you. And kiss you. Without Kevin's squealing sound effects in the background" I️ say smiling
She takes my hands in hers
"Your such a softy I️ don't see how anyone could ever dislike you"
"I'm only a softy to you really"
"But I️ could tell even from your exterior you had a beautiful soul"
I️ look down and smile. I️ don't think anyone else really could see me like that
"That's really cute" I️ say. I wanted to say something more I️ just couldn't get the words out "lets go finish getting ready"
About an hour later the house is packed. More people arrive every minute. Jughead and Betty arrived a little later the everyone else
"Sorry I️ had to drag him here" Betty says to me
"The serpents aren't even here" Jughead scoffs
"Well yes they are" I️ point to the living room where about 7 boys in snake jackets are taking shots with the football team "here and getting along just fine"
"Ugh whatever" he groans and starts walking away "I'm getting a drink. You comin Betts"
"I'm gonna talk to Cheryl" after he leaves I️ say
"You could do better you know"
"I️ know"
Another hour passes and the house is mobbed. I️ haven't had to many drinks because I️ want to stay a little logical.
"Let's play some seven minutes in heaven" Veronica yells. Shaking a bottle in the living room. She pops of the cap before chugging the whole thing
"Reggie you spin" she says
He spins and I️t spins. Did I️ mention Reggie and Veronica defiantly have some sort of vibe going on. Tension. He smirks as it lands on her. Also did I️ mention Archie is outside talking to moose
"Alright lets go" she says clapping her hands
After about 7 minutes later they walk out. Veronica's hair is perfectly fixed but I️ can see Reggie wiping lip stick off his neck with his tee shirt
"Something we need to tell Archie" Jughead says. Ugh what a party killer
"Nothing we need to tell Archie paper boy" Veronica snaps "Cheryl take the bottle. Maybe you'll land on a hottie with pink hair" she tosses me the bottle and I'm praying I️t lands on Toni. Thank god I️t does
"Scissor" I️ hear from somewhere in the crowd of people
"Shut up" toni says
I️ get up and take her hand and pull her off the ground where she is sitting. We walk to the closet and I️ turn back and wave to everyone watching
After we shut the door she asks
"So do we tell Archie his girlfriend cheated on him"
"I️ think he will figure I️t out" I️ say
"We still have over six minutes. Want to pass some time"
I️ grab her face and we begin to make out her hands travel to my face so I️ move my hands to her sides. She moves her hand to my shoulders and begins leaving marks over my neck
While it's an extremely enjoyable experience I️ want to say something before I️t goes further
"Hey this is good rlly good I️ just gotta tell you something" I️ say nervously. Why am I️ nervous she will understand
"Hey ok. Whatever I️t is you can tell me. You can tell me anything" she says moving her hands up and down my arms
"I️ really really like you Toni. I'm just an insecure person and. What I'm trying to say is I'm not ready to have sex yet. If that makes sense. It's not you. It's me I'm just just im just I️ never had good experiences with someone and I️ actually care about you I️ just"
She cuts me off
"Hey hey it's ok. We don't need to take I️t there now I️t doesn't need to go there now Alright. Not until we are both ready ok"
"Ok" I️ say smiling
She takes my hands and we just stand in still for a moment before she pull me into a tight hug
We leave the closet
Our hair is defiantly messy and marks on my neck
"Aiiiii" I️ hear from a voice in the room
"Go choke on your testosterone" Veronica says while downing another drink
"Some dudes are so immature and obessed with lesbians" I️ say taking a seat next to toni
"Agreed" she says
We sit down and she takes my hand
Moose and Archie walk in and join the circle

Kevin spins the bottle .......
