"Former? Didn't you say those guys are bad?" Lukas asked as he slowly started to back away. "What? No, I'm not bad! I'm good, I just don't like them, Anymore?" Lance was having trouble trying to get the right words out, as he carefully pushed the handles of the Lion forward. The Lion rose up, and let out a fierce roar, before rising up and flying out of the cave.Lukas seemed to trust Lance enough, because he didn't say anything else. The boy slowly walked up next to Lance, as He peered out the window of the lion. "Woah, We're really high up!" The small child's eyes were wide with amazement, as he rested his hands on the arm of Lances seat. "Let's go back to the village. Maybe I could stay for a here few days?" Lance smiled as his new Lion carefully descended down on the planets surface, near the small village.
Lance stood up, and walked out, Lukas following close behind. As lance walked out of the huge lions mouth, the whole village was there. "Wow. Thats a lot of short people." Lance mumbled to him self, as he continued down the catwalk. As soon as his foot touched the pink grass, he was bombarded by questions.

After awhile, the questions died down, and Lukas took Lance to his older sister. Lance wondered if there was a leader or something, because he wanted to speak with them, and make sure if it was okay for him to stay for a few days.
As Lance was being dragged across the village by The small boy, he was gaining a few curious looks from the villagers. But Lance did find it strange that most of them were smiling at him. He was pretty much a stranger to them. For all they know, he could just murder them all and walk away—but he wouldn't, they're just to cute and adorable to kill for no good reason.
"Hello?" Lance was suddenly snapped out of his thoughts. His gaze rising from the floor, and towards the tiny voice. It was the same small girl from before, her expression still worried as she stared up at lance.
"Ah, sorry. Are you Lukas' sister?" The small girl nodded, motioning for Lance and Lukas to follow her. As they walked, Lance started to notice the setting had changed a bit. The small huts looked more like houses and most of them had "vacant" signs hanging on the doors. Lance guessed that they were the more expensive. And was proven right by the small girls next words.
"Oh, I should have told you sooner! My name is, Samoan. And you can pick one of these houses to stay in as long as you would like. These are the more luxurious and expensive huts, so not many of us live in them." Lance nodded, surveying the huts. He honestly didn't care which one he got, as long as it had a roof over it.
"Um, I don't know...could you pick one for me?" Lance shrugged, turning to Samoan and Lukas. The siblings looked at each other, and back at lance.
"Um...how about that one?" Lukas hesitantly pointed to a bigger, two story hut. Lance smiled and started to approach the building. There were plants surrounding it, most of them resembling cacti or bamboo trees, and they had white fairy lights hanging from them. Vines that climbed the hut, almost covering the whole thing, were what caught Lance's eye has he grew closer. His smile grew wider, when he turned to the two siblings.
"Good pick, Lukas. But I have one question. Why are you guys being nice to me? You don't even know who I am." Lukas and Samoan exchanged glances, before turning back to Lance.
"Because you're our protector! Here to save us from the monster!" Lukas smiled clasping his hands together. "Yeah! The cave of lions said that!"
Lance froze. Monster? There was a monster on this planet? Lance nervously chucked, glancing around. "M-monster? There's a monster?" Lance never read of any monster on this planet. "Yep! But why don't you get inside? If there's anything you need, we live right over there!" Samoan pointed to a hut right across from Lance's. It looked like his, but no vines or fairy lights were around. Lance nodded, and waved to the two as he walked inside of his new house.
It's was absolutely beautiful. There were two sets of stairs, both leading to a huge living area, along with a bedroom. And on the bottom floor, was a kitchen and a dining room. There were fairy lights everywhere. It was amazing.
Lance smiled as he slowly walked up the Stairs, gazing around the huge hut. It honestly didn't look, nor feel like a hut. More like a small mansion. If that makes sense. Lance gasped as he made it to the living room.
It was amazing. Beautiful lights dazzled the room, making it look like it was out of a fairy tale. A small fireplace sat in the center of the room. Some comfy looking seats sat in front, along with a soft white rug. A small lamp sat in the corner, next to a window. Many potted plants sat on the windowsill.
Lance then made his way to the kitchen. It was small, and it had regular daily life items and features, like a sink, and something that looked like a fridge. After walking through the bottom floor, another door a long with stairs, lead to the top floor.Trailing a bit farther off, Lance found a room. Everything in the room had a brilliant shade of white and green. Even the window had a small tint emerald green.
Lance smiled and walked towards his new room. He then started to strip off his armor, piece by piece. Leaving himself only in his black spandex, that was under his white armor.
He then laid on the white and grey bed, which was surprisingly comfortable, and drifted into a much needed sleep.
So sorry this took so long. School is evil, and so is writers block. Next chapter will be longer! And if there's any mistakes tell meh
