Chapter 53: Dream

Pap went to bed depressed now that his wife was gone. Getting in the bed laying down looking at the other side of it he sighed desperately wanting Jordie with him, taking out the letter she wrote pap kept reading it over and over again until he memorized it word for word. Folding it back up he set it next to their wedding picture "Why? why would you kill yourself babe..." he put his hand on the picture.

"No use thinking about it now" he closed his eyes and went to sleep with a tear going down his face.

*In his dream*

Pap was in a meadow full of flowers he looked around noticing that he was the only one around. He started to walk across the meadow "this is a nice place but why would I dream about this?" he questioned.

"To have some peace after the hard time you had today"

"yeah your right. Wait? who said that?!"

"Me"

A figured appeared in front of him revealing to be dream sans. Pap was surprised at first but went back to his normal state "oh hey dream..."

"Hello pap! I sense a lot of negativity from you today"

"Yeah it's because my wife killed herself today I bet any other man would be happy that their wife killed herself."

"oh and sarcasm to"

"So why are you here?"

"Ah right I thought you would like to see someone she really wanted to see you"

Pap sighed "okay let whoever they are see me" Dream started to make a figure appear showing Jordie. Pap started to tear up he ran to her hugging her and kissing her face all over. 

"Babe!! Oh my little kitten!!! Why'd you have to go and do a idiotic thing killing yourself"

Jordie hugged him back "I'm sorry pap... I was so depressed and stressed all the time I couldn't take it anymore" tears started to roll down her face "I just make everything worse when I try to fix it!"

Pap put a hand on her face "hey now don't cry babe. Deep breathes then tell me what you were trying to fix?"

Jordie breathed in and out "I wanted to fix the problem between you and Marissa. But ended up me being out of her life" a few more tears came down her cheeks "b-because of that I thought of myself of someone who shouldn't be around anymore" she rubs her head on his shoulder "so I killed myself. Like I said in my letter I'm a waste of space"

Sniffling was heard as they both looked at dream who was wiping tears from his eyes "my... this is so sad and sweet. I'm sorry I'll go over here don't mind me" he walks away leaving them alone. Pap pulls her away and lifts her chin up "You are not a waste of space babe. Who cares what your sister thinks because she's out of your life to." he kisses her lips

Pulling away again he puts his forehead against hers both of them staying that way for a minute or two "Plus I-I-I was pregnant... again" Jordie whispered 

"Are you serious babe?" 

Jordie nods "yeah that was what was making me stressed I didn't want to be pregnant again for another 9 months... I'm sorry... I killed myself and our future child..."

"Oh babe if I could bring you back to life I could but can't."

"It's okay I'm where I need to be papy"

Dream comes in between them "now hold on my two friends." he points to pap "so you want her to come back to life"

"yes"

he then points to Jordie "do you want to come back alive?"

"I guess..."

Dream smiles "okay then" he summons a ball of light "this is a wish for you pap. All you have to do is put your hand on it and your wish will come true"

"are you sure dream?"

"positive! Once your back in the real world babe You'll be more happy than depressed" (He thinks her name's babe since pap calls her that all the time he doesn't have a crush on her or anything. I ship cream Cross x dream and yes they are together in this story)

"Okay thank you dream and will my baby be okay to?"

"uh huh safe and sound in your belly"

Pap smiles "alright let's do this" he puts his hand on the wish as the light becomes brighter and brighter "see you in the real world babe"

*Back in the real world*

Pap woke up from his sleep looking over to the other side of his bed to see...
