Chapter 4
Three Weeks Later
Jaydan POV
Ever since I got Brea number and we talked that night, we been talking almost everyday. I'm taking it slow like I said I would til the time is right. But today is Friday, and the football game is tonight. So far we are undefeated since the season started. Well, now I have to get up for this bus. Man I can't wait to get my own car. Brea got her a car and she still 15. I should got my permit so I can start driving so I don't have to get up so damn early for this bus. I got up, took me a 10 minute shower, handled all my other business in the morning. Since its game day, I decided to put on my Red polo shirt, black cargo pants, and my Bred 11s. I walked out of my room and saw Jazmine on her phone.
"Wassup Jaz" I said.
"Hey, win the game today too." Jaz said.
"You already know. Is mama comin to the game too?" I asked her.
"Yeah she said she coming too. Brea spending a night over here tonight. Mama said she staying til the 3rd quarter because she goin to get us pizza for the night because she not cooking." Jaz explained.
"Since she leaving early, who taking us home because you know we have to stay over." I asked.
"You know Brea come to school in her car so she takin us home. Her mom knows she stayin over here. Her mama and daddy goin out tonight so she asked can she come over here and then she goin home Saturday afternoon." Jaz said.
"Cool." I said. But in my head I'm thinking hell yeah nigga.
Made it to school and I went to chill with my nigga Chris til the bell rung. I saw Brea walk in the doors. She had on a Jordan Laney shirt, white skinny legs, and Her Jordan "Laney" 5s. She stay fresh a hell. Jaz called her over there where we was.
"Wassup Bree. You gone cop them White and Blue Jordan 6s next saturday or you getting them 3s tommorow?" Chris asked her.
"I don't know. I have to make a decision. I think I'm getting them 3s tommorrow. I gotta go get my ticket from Hibbett Sports after school so I can be back in time for the football game." Brea said.
"You getting me a pair." I said laughing.
"Nahh, you trippin." She said laughing.
"Who yall take first hour?" Chris asked.
"Mrs. Parker." Jaz answered.
"All yall?" He said.
"Yeah." Brea said.
*Bell Rings*
"Well I will talk to yall at lunch." Chris said.
"Ok." Jaz and Brea said.
As the day went by, its almost time for the game. Even though is just 3pm, seems like its going by quick. The busses just leaving. The football coach bought the team and the cheerleaders some food before the game. I have a feeling tonight is going to be fun. But time for me to get focus. Tonight is going to be an easy win.
Brea POV
I'm staying over at Jaz house tonight, since my mama and dad going out tonight. I have everything I need already. I have my ticket for my shoes tommorrow. Yes, I got there kind of fast but when I have to go handled my business, I handles it. Before I went back to the school, I stopped by the house to tell my mama and dad to have a good night and I will see them tommorow afternoon. Right now its about 5:30pm. The game starts at 7pm. Damn I got a good amount of time on my hands. I decide to go to McDonalds to get me something to eat. Then, I stopped by Valeros to get me some snacks for tonight. So, I called Jaz and asked her what she wants from the store since we probably might be up all night. Jaz told me snacks and I went to get them. I called Jaydan and asked him did he want some Gatorade or something to drink. He told me to bring him a Orange bottle of Gatorade. I paid for all the snacks and drinks then I headed back to school. I left the snacls in the car and I went to go find Jaydan before the game started. People was here already and its just 6:30pm. I went to go find Jaydan to see if he want his drink now or later.
