Chapter 1: Chill Day
Brea POV
Today is Saturday and it's the second week of August. You know what that means..Back to school😒. Just hate when this time comes back around, but let me introduce myself. My name is Brea Sanders. For right now I am 15 but in two more months, I will be 16, Wait on it☝️. But I am 5'5 brownskin, thick fine, have dark brown eyes, long black hair, and I'm the only child. This year, I am a Sophomore in high school. Finally! Being a freshman was hard at first but it turned out good as the months flew by.
Anyway, it's a chill day with me and my best friends. It's 11:00am so I am goin to handle my morning rountine as I do every morning. I took a 15 minute shower, brushed my teeth and washed my face, put on my undergarments and lotioned my body. I put on on my white and pink Aèropostale shirt, purple skinny legs, and my white and purple "Bright Grape" Jordan 6s. Lastly, I combed my hair down to let it hang.
As I walked to the kitchen to grab me a Dr. Pepper (which is my favorite drink), I heard a knock at the door. It is my two best friends, Jazmine and Tyeacha. Jazmine is 5'3 lightskin, thick, brown eyes, black hair, and she is a Sophomore. Jazmine and I been kickin it since the 6th grade. We real tight ✊. As for Tyeacha, she is my cousin but I call her my best friend. She is 5'3 lightskin, black hair, thick, has light brown eyes. Yes we are all sophomores!
"Wassup?" Tyeacha says loudly.
"You always gotta be loud." I say laughing.
"Sup Brea." Jazmine says as she daps me down.
"You know just chilln, but yall ready to go?" I asked.
"Yeah" They answered.
"iight, let me tell my mama I'm leaving." I said as I went to my mama room.
"Mama, I'm on my way to the mall, you want something back?" I said while giving her a hug.
"No, but I need you to stop by the grocery store and get some stuff. I wil text you what I need." She answered.
"iight, love you." I said.
"Love you too." She replied.
We all walked to my car, I started up my Sky Blue 2015 Camaro with black stripes on it, and we were listening to August Alsina's album "Testimony". His song "No Love" starts to play and I turn it up.

We arrived at the mall. We stopped by Gina's, JC Penny, Rue21, Rainbow, and some other clothing and shoe stores. After we left the mall, we went to McDonalds to get us something to eat. My mama sent me the text for what she needs from the store, so we stopped by Walmart.
Handled all of my business for today, so now it's time to drop my friends off at their house. I dropped Tyeacha off first, now I'm headed to Jazmine's house.
"You still single Brea?" Jazmine asked.
"Yeah girl, I'm chillin. I'm not looking right now but I will have me one just wait on it." I said.
"Ok, but I know you will find one." Jazmine said.
"I'm knowing, but I will text you or call you tonight. I will see you at school Monday."
"iight Brea." Jazmine daps me as she gets out the car.
"iight one."
