Chapter 1-Sleepovers & Scary Things

*Heaven's POV*

I watch as Kat and Dakota walk in with Starbucks for everyone. Thank the lord. If they're going to be late to our sleepover they better have Starbucks.

"What took you so long? Starbucks is like ten minutes away from here?" Brooklyn asked kinda worried.

"Omg! You would never believe what happened in Starbucks!" Kat squealed.

"What happened? You can't just leave us hanging!" Lyric chuckled.

Dakota began telling the story,
"Okay, so, this is what happened..."

*Flashback*

Kat and Dakota walked through the doors of the small Starbucks cafe. When they ordered all the coffees, they turned around to see Michael, Ashton, Calum, and Luke. They waved at the boys and they waved back. They all know each other because of Lyric and Brooklyn. Brooklyn is dating Luke and Lyric is dating Michael. Kat and Dakota sit next to them to say hi. After talking for a couple minutes, One Direction walks in and waves at the boys.

"Holy shit!! That's One Direction!!! And they're standing like eight feet away from me!!" Kat squealed. She's obsessed with 1D.

"Where did you get eight feet from?? Like, do you know how much eight feet is right off the top of your head?" Dakota laughs.

Calum, Ashton, Michael, and Luke laugh at how Kat is being then 1D walks over and Kat shuts up.

"Why are you so quiet all of a sudden? They're right behind you." Ashton laughs. Kat rolls her eyes then Dakota and her stand up.

"Well, we have to go now or we'll be late for your girlfriends sleepover party thing." Dakota explains pointing at Luke.

"Haha. Sounds fun. But, before you go... Harry, Niall, Louis, Liam, Zayn... this is Dakota and Kat. Dakota and Kat are actually in The Fab Five band with Brooklyn and Lyric." Michael smiles.

"Oh! You guys sing with Brooklyn and Lyric! I thought that they're was a fifth girl though?" Liam asks confused.

"Yes. Heaven Devlin." Kat giggles.

"Cool. Well, it was nice meeting you girls!" Louis smiles as they sit down across from 5SOS.

*End of Flashback*

"Whoa. That's so cool! After we have our Starbucks, do you guys wanna watch a movie?" Lyric asks as we get our Starbucks.

"Yeah! What movie though?" I ask.

"Hello! Did you guys pay attention at all to my story?! I mean, One Direction!" Kat squealed, again.

"Yes, Kat, we heard about the story. Its just, since we're a band now and everything, we've met a lot of famous people. To us, its not that big of a deal because of who we meet and spend time with everyday." Brooklyn said.

"Yeah, yeah, I know. But, really!! One freaking Direction! I mean, unless I would meet like The Script, Matchbox Twenty, or All Time Low or someone like that, it'll never be as such a great experience.... EVER!!" Kat says jumping a little.

We laugh at her then continue talking while drinking our coffee.

After a while of talking, we finally decide on what movie to watch. We're going to watch a total chick flick. Two words. The Notebook.

Its Dakota's and mine favorite movie. I fell in love with it two years ago when I first saw it with Dakota. We're really into those sappy love story movies. Honestly, they're the best. But, Kat really only watches comedy or drama movies. She is more into the drama though... in movies and in real life. Brooklyn and Lyric love comedies but like horror too. At least Brooklyn says she likes horror movies. Sometimes I don't know though beacuse... she hides her face a lot and she screams whenever something pops out on the screen. Maybe she likes to be scared. (Note to sarcasm)

We're all staying at Brooklyn's house so we can record new music and watch movies in her home theater. I swear, her house is amazing. So is Lyric and Dakota's. All of their dads work together, owning a record label. The record label that we're signed to actually.

At first, people didn't think we were actaully talented and just got signed because of their dads. Then we had a little concert and everyone shut right up. Literally. It was so funny. It was like a really long awkward silence.

All of a sudden, during the middle of the movie, Luke called me.

"Pause the movie, quick. Luke is calling me. I don't know why though. I'm gonna put it on speaker so that you guys can hear it!" I chuckled.

He's probably calling to ask if he can come over to sursprise Brooklyn; not wanting her to know. He's such a romantic. Gosh.

Kat paused the movie quickly as i answered the phone call but not saying anything cause he was already talking. Dakota narrowed her eyebrows confused about what he was saying. He was slurring his words.

"Lately Brooklyn has been really distant from me. I don't know why though. If it keeps up, I might have to just force myself on her." We heard Luke say bitterly and couldn't believe any of it.

I quickly hung up on him and looked up at Brooklyn who had tears in her eyes and was shaking terribly. Lyric and Kat helped her to the bathroom as she cried while Dakota and I stayed back and talked about it.

"I can't believe that jerk! Why would anyone ever say that kind of thing. He's just sick!" Dakota said.

"I know! Now Brooklyn's never going to even look him in the eyes without being so scared to run away." I say.

"She definitely needs to end it with him or I'll take her phone and text him myself. If it would come down to that, I would have to text him cause if I called, he would know it wasnt Brooklyn." Dakota explains.

"I dont know. We'll figure something out. Let's all just go to bed now. Apperently we have a meeting and we're recording tomorrow morning at nine thirty. And its already one in the morning." Dakota says looking at a text from her dad.

After we all get settled, we turn the TV on to nick@night and watch Friends as we comfort Brooklyn to go to sleep.

5SOS has the same record label as us so if her dad finds out about what Luke said.... I doubt that they will stay with us. Plus, her dad is probably going to have a restraining order put on him. Haha. That'll be funny. But, I really don't know what's going to happen. I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

"Goodnight everyone" I said as they said it back to me tiredly. All of us fell asleep within minutes.
