Chapter 23- Interview Day

*Heaven's POV*

If you would ever be in a band.... One of the most fun things to do are the interviews. Right now the girls and I are getting makeup done for a bunch of interviews we're about to have.

We have these kind of days where all we do is have interviews all day and it's actually really fun. Usually we only have 'interview day' when we're really trying to promote something. Like a new album, EP, etc.

Today we are promoting our new album. Instead of waiting to do all the interviews when it releases we're gonna do it 2 weeks before. It'll cut down on a lot of questions and time but it gives a new vibe about what our fans can expect. Which... what they can expect is pure awesomeness.

I hear the door open and our manager says that our first interview is in a couple minutes. "I'm so excited!" I say.
"We know Heaven. This is about the 20th time you've said this today." Dakota laughs. "Be quiet." I giggle and add, "I just really want our album release to be today! I'm used to doing interview day then too. You guys might have to keep reminding me between each one."

We laugh then go to the interview room. The first person interviewing us are two teenage girls that look too nervous and excited to even speak.

"Hello! What're your names?" Kat steps up and asks. One of them smile and say, "I'm Emily and this is my best friend Tina." Tina says hi then hugs all of us. "So, before we start... do you want us to do anything special?" Brooklyn asks. Tina tells us to hold up a sign of their logo for a picture.

Once we're done with all that, we finally start.

*Kat's POV*

Emily starts it by saying who we are then Tina asks the first question.

Tina: "So, first Dakota... what gave you the idea to start your band?"
Dakota: "One day we were working on a school project at my house and their parents came to pick them up. When they walked down to our basement we were all recording a song in my little recording studio. Our parents said that it was really good so we released the song thinking nothing would happen but after an hour we had about 1,000 buys on iTunes. After that we just kept posting YouTube videos."

Emily: "Kat, what does your music reflect about you guys on the new album?"
Me: "We don't want to give away too much but I will say it's different than what we usually do. The album is called Mixtape 5 because the songs on the album don't actually really go together that much. Some have raps and some are slow and it's just all over the place."

Tina: "This is for Lyric. Where do you see yourselves in the future?"
Lyric: "I think I can speak for the girls that we all pretty much see ourselves still in the music business. We may not be still in a band or something but we've talked about maybe having our own record label like my dad, Dakota's dad and Brooklyn's dad. Also, I know we've talked about settling down one day, getting married and having kids."

Emily: "Okay, now we're going to do some questions people sent in on Twitter. First question is for Heaven and it's from, @TaylorFab5 is which band member would make the best guy?"
Heaven: "Me. Haha. I don't know... we're all pretty girly."

Tina: "Um.. this question is a little weird but be honest. It's for Brooklyn and from @1SOSFabHarmony and it says have you ever been naked in public. If so, why?"
Brooklyn: "I bet my face is like a tomato right now. Ha. Uh... I actually have and it was that I snuck into a public pool once in the middle of the night and went skinny dipping. I hate public pools though. It was nasty. I had to.. it was dare from Lyric."

After that we all just burst out laughing. That has got to be one of the best interviews I've ever had.
