Allegro

Allegro had come to this club for one purpose only and that was business. He had not expected for some girl to catch his attention and sway his mind away from his original plans. Allegro was a straightforward man with a no bullshit policy when it came to running his business. He was a stickler for distractions and weaknesses and having a woman was the main source of weakness. One that Allegro could not afford with the race to stay at the top being so close at hand but seeing her, Allegro had felt the ice around his heart slowly melt.

He had been watching her for most of the night, he watched her serve drinks and he watched a bastard touch her. He could see he was drunk and clearly out of his mind but he was touching and that pissed him off. There was just something about her, maybe it was the way her golden curls fell on her back or the innocence of her beautiful face that intrigued him but right now he was not enjoying the sight of that assholes hands on her.

Allegro was seated beside his second in command and also his brother Alejandro who was arguing with Alessando another one of his brothers. Allegro was the oldest of four and leader of the mafia. Alejandro came second in rank as he was the second eldest and thirdly came the twins, Arturo and Alessando.
"Allegro!" Alejandro's harsh call tore his eyes away from the girl.

Alejandro watched his curiously, "You seem off, is everything okay?"
"Yes, I'm fine." He turned his attention to the girl again.
His brothers continued to speak to one another but his mind was elsewhere as the woman was still wrestling with the man and Allegro could take no more and immediately got out of his seat and marched over to where she was standing. It was a move off of impulse and a mistake Allegro did not regret making.

There was a rule his father had taught him, help who ever needs helping but never under any circumstance make them aware of what is happening around them or you'll have to make them yours and Allegro was going to break that rule but the gun shots had interrupted and before he knew it he was telling her to leave. He watched from a distance as the back door closed and she could no longer be seen and it was then Allegro was calm.

His gun ready in his hands and his brothers beside him in a flash. Arturo had alerted him that back up was on the way and he nodded ready to face the motherfuckers who had barged in here unannounced. Allegro frowned at the sight of the skiing masks over the faces. What kind of cowards-
"Be on alert boys." Allegro whispered.

Allegro darted his eyes over the surrounding area that was now plastered with terrified faces of the patrons in the club. The leader of the goons stepped forward and took of his skiing mask revealing his face, a bold move if the point was to keep your identities hidden.
"Is Allegro Martini here?"
Allegro raised his eyebrows and stepped forward facing the stout man who was wearing a smirk on his face, "Ah, the famous Martini has graced us with his presence."

Allegro gave him a bemused expression, "You are?"
The man crackled, "Someone you should fear."
Allegro chuckled, fear? That was a joke.
"I don't fear anyone."
The man grinned, "Maybe, but you will."
Allegro gave a look to his brothers and turned back to the cocky man before him.
"You come here, shoot up a club just to see me?" Allegro beamed, "I'm honored."

"Although if you wanted to scare me you could have just called? Word gets around fast when you're on top that someone is planning to come pay a Martini a visit."
Allegro put his gun back in his coat, "You think I didn't know you were coming? That was rather naive of you because I know everything."
The man before him started to lose his grin and the look of amusement on his face, he was now frowning.

"So, I suggest, you and your goons leave before my men have you surrounded and there's a shit show."
With a parting glare the man, who his brother informed him was named Jaws signaled his men and left. Allegro nodded to his brothers and left the premises. Allegro was powerful, he ran the underworld and nothing happened without his knowing, he knew the future and the past and there was nothing Allegro was afraid of.

Although immediately after Jaws had left his mind traveled to the woman, he hoped she was safe and with that thought alone, Allegro knew he was in deep
shit.
