Greece

There were things Greece hated to remember; memories that for the sake of her sanity she blocked out and pretended never happened. One of those memories was the first time Kazer ever put a hand on her. The mark from his palm on her cheek was long gone but the memory wasn't and all the torment she received after surely wasn't. It had been two weeks since she'd been staying with Allegro and in those two weeks everything was quiet.

Her only growing concern was her affections for Allegro. Every moment she was with him, she felt as though her heart would burst with excitement and without him it felt dull, like something was missing and those feelings terrified yet excited her. Was it supposed to feel like that? At the moment, Greece was alone left to spend her time however she wished with Allegro out doing errands with his brothers. Errands which also included the need for two guns that he had strapped to his belt.

Greece had watched him get ready but said nothing, he didn't exactly tell her what he was going to do but that he needed to see that it was taken care of before it got out of control. Greece had nodded her head in response as he left early that morning. Greece now found herself in the gym of the compound with a small hand gun in her hand. Allegro had taught her the basics of her training; how to throw a knife, some self defense techniques and how to shoot a gun, her personal favorite.

Of course Rome wasn't built in a day and the first few times she'd shot at the targets she'd definitely missed. But now, with practice she was getting better and her aim was certainly improving. Greece took the device off safety and aimed at the target. She steadied her breathing like Allergo had said and fired. It hit the board and Greece grinned, she was getting better— she couldn't wait to show Allegro.

Not wanting to stop just yet, Greece refilled the gun and continued to practice. A few minutes had turned into two hours but she definitely wasn't done yet.
"How did I know I'd find you here?" She instantly turned her head at his voice.
He was grinning as he approached her, "You've been hitting the board." He spoke looking past her, Greece felt accomplished that he noticed.
"Yes I have." She smiled sweetly.
He was in front of her now and leaned forward and placed a kiss to her forehead, "I missed you" She whispered softly.

"Me too, mio amore" He answered.
"When was the first time you shot a gun?" She asked.
She saw him look thoughtful, "A real gun, I held at eleven, but I knew how to shoot since I was nine."
Greece gawked, "At nine?"
"Yes, my father started my training early. So one day I'd be able to take over what he started. As a child guns were my favorite."
Greece grinned, "Mine too." He grinned back.
"Well, mio amore lets see your skills sí"
He went to the rack of guns and took one for himself and placed himself beside her.
"Best of five?" He asked.

Greece shrugged, "Sure Martini."
"Ladies first." He gestured towards her.
She nodded breathing out, and hitting the target each time but never the bullseye. She frowned after her fifth shot, "I can never seem to get it!" She complained.
"Don't worry, it comes with practice."
Greece stepped aside as he took his turn and the first four shots each one hit the bullseye.
"What the hell!" She crossed her arms feeling slightly annoyed he hadn't missed.

"This isn't fair! You've had years of practice!"
She heard him let out a deep throated laugh, "Fine, cover my eyes."
Greece smirked, good there was no way he was making the fifth one now.
Her hand firmly planted over his eyes she watched him aim and fire and truth be told the bullet hit the bullseye.  Greece narrowed her eyes at him, "How is that possible!"

He was about the retort but another voice beat him too it, "Sorella, Allegro played you." One of the twins came out of the shadows, "We learnt to shoot with our eyes closed first. Allegro was actually better at that."
Greece hit his arm, "Cheater!"
Both men chuckled at her expense, "I assume the only reason you're here selling out my secrets is because you have news right Arturo?" Allegro lifted his eyebrows.

"News or not you still cheated!" Greece said aloud.
Arturo smiled and nodded, "Everything has been taken care of."
"Good." Allegro nodded before turning to Greece.
"Come, there's something I need to speak to you about."
Greece nodded before giving Arturo a little wave and taking Allegro's hand as he led them out. He turned sideways to smile at her as they walked and she grinned back squeezing his hand.

Once inside he sat down and she followed his lead, "I've been doing research on Kazer and his men." Greece nodded her head.
"I had some of my men track Dean," he paused, "However they were spotted and had to retreat, they weren't able to find much but they do know that Kazer does have some of his men situated at an abandoned warehouse an half an hour away from here."

Greece listened intently as Allegro continued, "One of my men was able to get a hold of some information concerning you."
"He is looking for you Greece, he just doesn't know where you are."
Greece suddenly felt a shiver run down her spine, he really never was going to leave her alone.
"What are you going to do?" She asked quietly.
"Your safety is my top priority. As long as you're safe, I can relax. I just need to find him first and kill him." He said plainly.

"Maybe I can help you by giving you his address...."
Allegro cut her off, "I already had my men search there, he's gone."
Greece looked down at her fingers and sighed, "Just be safe." She whispered silently.
Greece lifted her eyes to meet his and she saw him nod, "Always mio amore."
