Chapter 7

-------------------------- Dan's pov

After saying bye to the girls I got home as soon as I could. The guys came too and we all got ready together. To be honest I wasn't all that keen on going to this party. We were guaranteed to see Britney and Maxie. I felt sorry for Sam. He would have to make it clear how he felt. As Maxie still didn't get the idea that that they weren't together and had been acting as if nothing was wrong.

Louis stuck his head around the bathroom door. "Has anyone seen my clothes?" he asked. There was a snigger from the opposite side of the room. Henry chuckled and threw him his clothes.

I was wearing my blue converse shoes, black jeans and a red tee shirt. Harry was wearing the same but in green and blue, Sam in brown and blue, Louis in a grey striped tee shirt and Oscar in a dark purple shirt with black jeans.

"Hey Henry. So you like Jess?" Louis asked.

He shrugged. "Yea. She's cool." Louis gave him the bitchface.

"Henry you twerp. That's not what I meant."

He tried to look confused but visibly failed.

"W-what do you mean?" he stuttered.

Louis looked at him calmly. "Well, it's pretty obvious that Sam fancies Kat by the way he looks at her."

"I don't..." interrupted a bright red Sam.

"Shush Samantha!" he turned back to Henry. "I've seen you. You look at jess the same way!"

He turned an even darker shade of red than Sam.

"W-well yea. She's a cool girl! And I kindalikeher!" He gushed. There was cheering and yelling "yes man ask her out!" Oscar yelled.

Henry rubbed the back of his neck. "Yea, why not!" he smiled.

Soon we were all ready to go. We all piled into my mums car. Sam hid in the boot of the car.

Once we reached the road mum dropped us off. "Ok hun. Don't drink too much. I know your all big boys but please be sensible and don't get anyone pregnant!" I blushed at her words. "Yea mum we got it! we might not come back tonight though so don't worry if I'm not back by lunch tomorrow." I called over my shoulder. "I always worry about my boy!" She said as she drove off.

I knocked on the door. Someone I didn't recognise opened the door and sloped off to the bar. There were already a lot of people inside and the music blared out into the street. This was going to be one heck of a party!

I was on my second beer when Henry waltzed over with ash, Jess and Kat.

"Look who turned up!" I grinned as I nudged Sam and Liam. Oscar was chatting up some girl by the dance floor. "Hey guys! I thought you weren't gonna show!" Liam greeted them.

Ash shrugged "Dave wanted to come so we had to come too!"

Hopefully it would be more fun now they were here. Henry nudged Jess. "Hey Jess. Can I speak to you privately." Ash and Kat exchanged glances.

"Hey. You guys want a beer?" Sam asked.

"Yes. That sounds good!" Kat followed him over to the drinks. "I'm gonna mope over by the dance floor." ash declared. "I'll join you." Said Liam.

That just left me. Well... I was gonna find myself a hot chick.
