"You want me to change your prescription?" Sean questions clearly annoyed. He sits across from his most challenging patient amidst another one of their sessions.

"Yup." Ethan answers with a smug grin.

"Why?" Sean asks with a hand over his face.

"Because they aren't working. I'm still having those visions and those thoughts." Ethan explains.

"This is the fourth time we've changed your prescriptions and we're still not seeing improvements." Sean states calmly. "Maybe this isn't going to work."

"Please Mr. Dolan." Ethan pleads sweetly.

"Matter of fact, with these pills I've been seeing new visions." Ethan adds while looking down at the translucent orange bottle on his lap.

"What exactly are in these new visions?" Sean asks flipping his notebook open to write new entires.

"Me fucking your son." Ethan says with a grin.

Sean let's out a choked cough as he shuts his notebook not wanting to write that down.

"He practically begs me to you know? Virgins are my favorite, they're the tightest and he's no exception." He grins obviously taking pleasure in his therapists discomfort.

"Do these perverted thoughts comfort you?" Sean asks with a pitiful laugh.

"Yes actually."

"I see him on all fours, his eyes yearn for me to give him what he wants. What he deeply craves."

Sean shakes his head in disgust.

"My son will never see anything in a someone like you." He assures confidently.

"He's got things going for him, he's a smart kid." Sean continues thinking of how eager Grayson was to make him proud years ago, he would flash around his report cards with perfect grades on each of them.

Little does he know his son has been sneaking this troubled boy into his room for weeks now, he also doesn't know that they're dating.

"Maybe, but I see something in him." Ethan responds with desire laced deep in his voice.

After Sean's last session of the day is over he sits at his desk still thinking of Ethan's words. He remembers how his son was gearing up for college, for success, for a great life. He realizes he hasn't checked up on him in a while.

Grayson sits at his desk reading a novel recommended to him by Ethan until he hears a quiet knock at his door. He wonders who it is his parents rarely enter his room. Before he can answer the door is already opened as Sean approaches him.

"How's it going?" he asks with a smile.

"Fine." Grayson mumbles keeping his gaze on the book in front of him.

"How's your new school?" Sean questions.

"As good as new schools can be." Grayson responds coldly.

"Make any new friends?"

"One..."

"A Boy." Grayson says thinking of Ethan.

"Good. I hope to meet him soon." Sean smiles.

"Oh you will." Grayson laughs to himself thinking about how his dad sits across his friend every week.
