"What-oh never mind." I gave up we reached Mari's house. I could hear her talking but I could only make out one sentence and it made me gasp. I never knew this about her!

"I love you Camenbert."

Oooh I like this girl!!! She's got a good taste in food

"Shut up Plagg, and don't you dare make me call her Princess again ok?"

With that, he knocked on her window. He noticed she jumped, then let out a small shriek. She turned around and walked towards the window, unlocked it and let me in. I noticed she was wearing a long red sweater that reached just above her knees, under which she was wearing black leggings.

"Hey Chat!! What brings you here?"

"Well, to be honest, I was at home, alone, and I got lonely so I decided to come visit a good a friend of mine."

"oh was he not home?" Mari giggled a little looking just beyond my shoulder.

"Actually, I came to see you." I noticed she was trying to hold back a laugh but she finally broke, letting out a crisp laugh. It cheered Chat up to finally see someone happy. After his mom left last year, his father turned cold. All of a sudden nobody laughed anymore. Then Natalie came and it was like laughing was forbidden. Hearing Mari laugh brought so much joy back into his soul that he started laughing too. Mari gave him a funny look, but was still giggling.  Finally, after a few minutes of laughing, he was able to calm down enough to breathe.

"So, what exactly were you laughing about Mari?"

"Oh, this morning we heard a knock on our bakery door. When we opened it, there was a box with three adorable kittens in it. Just a moment ago one fell off my desk into my basket of scrap cloth and poked his head out with some material covering his face and he was struggling to get out when the other kitten pounced on him, trying to eat the fabric on his head!!"

"Oh my." I gave a small chuckle. All of a sudden I felt a small knawing feeling on my calf.

"sorry Chat, the little black one will eat seems to eat anything he sees. it quite funny actually, but he does seem to have a particular liking for everything but cat food."

"So what are the little felines names?" I asked, picking the black one up. He kinda reminded me off Plagg, with his big green eyes, and fur as dark as night.

"Well, the pure white one over there is named Camenbert.  My dad named him. As soon as he was in the bakery he ran and jumped up on the counter and started eating the Camembert cheese my Dad left out.  My dad decided that since he was white and loved cheese so much that we would name him Camembert.  The little golden brown one over there, my mom named croissant. She said he looks like a croissant. The one your holding, I haven't named him yet." Mari reached over and started scratching the little black cat behind his ears. The kitten purred a little, the jumped out of my arms, racing over to his brothers.

"How bout...I know, you could name him after your favorite feline superhero." I gave her a dorky grin.

"Chat the cat. Nah, I can barely keep my sanity with one of you. Plus knowing my luck, you'd probably teach him to speak, but in puns."

"Teach a cat cat puns...hmm...never thought of doing that. Thanks for the idea PURRRincess.!" I grinned at her.

"Chat...you call me princess one more time I will hit you."

I grinned even wider as she tried to glare, but ended up laughing.

"Seriously though. You should help me name him."

I turned around and noticed the little black cat knawing on his brother camembert's ear.

"Plagg."

"What?"

"You should name him Plagg."

"Why?"

"Well, I'm not sure if this is something I can tell you or not but oh well. My Kwami's name is Plagg. The little kitten looks just like him. The only thing Plagg like to eat is cheese, but camembert is his favorite, so when I saw little blackie here eating Camemberts ear, it reminded me of Plagg. Loves cheese, a kind caring kwami, who tries to pretend like he only cares about cheese."

"I really do just like cheese kid. But thanks." I heard Plagg say. I gave a low chuckle.
