Dusty Malvina Byrd (Living, on the run from the Rolanz Government)

            Dusty is a strong headed girl that will do anything and everything to protect those she loves. When the War started her mother and her father were both killed in Azanaky. In the Story she dates Landon, a childhood sweetheart, and is pulled into the secret world of the Rolanz government.

Viola Lexa Putnam (Killed by Dawson)

            Viola is a stubborn freelance journalist/photographer, who through her own private investigation uncovers the dirty past and secret behind the Rolanz-Azanaky War. She is a childhood friend of Dusty and Landon.

Kayly Michaela Haight (Living and hiding with Joylon)

            Kayly is a slave girl who once dated Marlin. After he was finished with her he got ride of her by giving her to a family for work. Later she is bought by him, this time she ends up working in the Rolanz Army. She runs away with Joylon.

Nat Judie Newell (Living)

            Nat is a quiet woman who owns a salon, The Revival, in Rolanz. Despite her quiet exterior she is an ex-militant. She has a secret business of collecting weapons to overthrow the government. Is a good friend of Kristen. Later joins up with Dusty.

Kristen Catharine Bardsley (In hiding)

            Kristen is only mentioned in the story a few times. She was the Lieutenant General before Marlin, but when she refused Dawson’s idea’s she went into hiding and has never been seen sense.

Deniece Loreen Beck (Living)

            Deniece is a hotheaded Azanaky girl who is mentioned in the end of the story. She is working with Dusty to build an army to stop the corruption in Rolanz.

Lindsie Joyce Parish (Living)

            Lindsie is another one of Dusty’s helpers at the end of the story.

Males:

Dawson Clark Head (Killed by Dusty)

            Dawson is the Head of Rolanz. He started the Rolanz- Azanaky War by fabricating an incident between Azanaky citizens and Rolanz military officers. His is a level headed man that strikes fear into all whose that are brave enough to look him in the eye.

Clyde Carver Hackett (Living)

            Clyde is a timid guy who is mentioned working with Dusty after her escape from jail.

Joylon Cash Qing (Living, and in hiding with Kayly)

            Joylon is the Prince of Nami, an island country next to Rolanz. By order of his father, the current King of Nami, he is forced to live in Rolanz under the watchful eye of Dawson. He later goes into hiding with Kayly.

Landon Bryon Russell (Killed by Dawson)

            Landon is a low ranking officer of the Rolanz Military. Through Viola, an old friend, he finds out about the truth about the government and is determined to save Dusty, the person he loves.

Marlin Stevie Poole (Killed by Dusty)

Marlin is the current Lieutenant General of the Rolanz Military. He is a greedy man and was once in a relationship with Kayla.
