Diane POV

The League of Assassins was operational from a business building located in Coast City. On the outside, it was E.A industries, which stood for Eusbat Alqatala, which meant League of killers. It was quite stupid to call it that really.

The League now believed in splitting people up in groups, normally people with past connections. In Diane's squadron it consisted of Sportsmaster, Diane's grandfather and leader of most missions, Cheshire, Diane's aunt and mother of Black Eagle, Black Eagle, the two year younger sister to Red Eagle and unlike her sister Lian, Ash knew exactly who her family was and loved baiting her sister about it when they met on missions. Then there was Cameron or Icicle Jr, he was just used to bait the justice league whenever he felt like it about the last three members of the team, which was Diane, Tigress and Nightwing. Together they were beta of the League of Assassin the second best squad besides Ra's own.

Diane walked in, sat at the meeting table, and placed her feet on the tables' benchtop. This is what she loved about the league of assassins they weren't so formal.

"Huntress, report" Sportmaster said.

"The device you gave me worked in connecting to the speed force, Wally West has returned and Tigress and Nightwing are working on connecting themselves deeper into the league, also your theories on the gas worked, I have been proven to run the fastest out of all of the speedsters."

"Good job Baby girl"

"Can someone please remind me why we are hollowed up in here and not out there causing trouble for the league?" asked Cheshire.

"We are here Cheshire" Sportmaster said. "Because we can't make a move until The Duchess and The Death Master are in the clear"

That was Artemis's and Dick's supervillain names, you can't have the same super hero and villain name, that's just stupid. As for Diane she was Silver Shadow and all three of them wore metallic bracelets that were glamor charms gifted to them to hid their identities from the Justice League.

By now you are most likely wondering why Diane, Artemis and Richard are working with the league of assassins. Well it all started before Diane was born, when her mother had felt the most alone. She had gone to her sister Jade. Jade had convinced Artemis that the Justice League didn't care about justice which was ironic considering the name. Diane was born within the league and had trained in their ranks since.

Jade, Artemis and Diane weren't allowed out on missions since the justice league thought that Jade was done with all the villainy, and they were trying to track down Artemis. But unfortunately for them Nightwing found them and it took some convincing but Nightwing didn't tell the Justice League and eventually joined them in the league of Assassins.

When Diane was nine and Nightwing was playing double agent, Artemis decided to go back to the Justice league as Tigress and Diane as her protégée. They have been playing double agents ever since. They were about to reveal everything soon. But for now they had to wait.

Artemis POV

Sending Diane back to E.A was easy. Nobody asked where a 14-year-old sidekick is in important business meetings, they do ask however, where League members where though.

"Where is he?!" Batman said as he crossed his arms impatiently. The he in question was Captain Marvel. He had gone missing a few days ago. Well, missing to everyone except Artemis, Dick and Diane. The truth was that he got a little too close to E.A industries when the three of them were there. As of right now, he must be one of the most secure facilities in the league of assassins.

"He has been missing for days now," Nightwing said, ever the voice of reason. "Who know what has been done to him"

This whole meeting was about the disappearance of Captain Marvel, and the welcoming of Kid Flash with Bart going back to Impulse.

Just then the doors burst open and Captain Marvel walked though. Well what used to be one of the most secure facilities in the league.

"Hi guys, am I late, Wally your back! I missed you a lot. Hey, did you guys know that there is an impostor on the team" he said like he hadn't been kidnapped by the enemy force. Impostor! Did someone let it slip? She looked at Dick who was calculating in his head.

"If you mean that Sportmaster let something slip then-" she said but was cut off by Captain Marvel.

"No it wasn't him, it was his granddaughter Black Eagle and Icicle Jr, they were in charge of interrogating me and they let something slip. Said something along the lines of- We need to get back before the league find out he is missing, hopeful they don't notice those three are always missing when our three new villains show up; they said that as the cell doors was closing so they don't know I heard."

She made a mental note to slap the both of them for being so foolish.

"Anyway, Wally how are you back?" Captain asked.

"I ran fast, got trapped in the speed force, somehow got out of the speed force, appeared at the watchtower, set off alarms, which made Nightwing, Tigress and Huntress follow me" he said almost bored.

"He has been answering that question a lot," she said to explain the boredom. She was glad to have Wally back, she really was but it had been fourteen years since he left, she was not the same person.

Captain Marvel took her answer and sat down. Once this meeting finished she had to report to E.A so this meeting was one of the most boring yet.

HunterOfTheNight26: so yeahhhhhhhhhhhh, this was just a filler chapter to explain a few things, and I have a question for you. Whose side to you think that Artemis, Diane and Dick is really on?
