Night Of the Huntress - DISCONTINUED

Part 5

Diane was in the meeting room. It was only Nightwing, Tigress and herself; both of the adults were interrogating her about what happened. Diane told them her side of the story as they asked more questions.

"Who was it?" Nightwing asked. He was like an uncle her, well, that stern, annoying but can be quite funny uncle.

"I don't know he ran off to the zeta tubes before I could get a good look at his face"

"But the tubes wouldn't have let him in?"

"He had a virus to allow him in"

"Then what did the tubes say?"

"I don't know my ears were ringing"

"Then we don't know anything about who broke into the watchtower" Nightwing sighed.

"Actually a managed to shot a tracer onto him before he left."

"Why didn't you say anything before?"

Diane shrugged "I was busy answering all of your stupid questions"

Then a voice filled the room. "I suggest that only two of you go follow the intruder" they turned behind them and saw the league standing there and it looked like it was Red Arrow who spoke. "And since Artemis has somewhere to be in an hour I think it would be best that Nightwing and Huntress goes."

"What?" Tigress said "I don't have-" she was cut off by Roy giving her a look.

"Oh yeah I promised Jade I would babysit Ash while she had her 'fun'. In other words she is going to hunt down dad until he runs out of weapons to throw at her," Tigress said. She then looked towards Nightwing and Huntress

"No faking her death. Got it." She said the Nightwing "Hey, I only ever faked someone's death once and I wasn't the only one in on it. Why is everyone angry at me for it?"

"No time to answer that" Tigress said "look at the time you best be off"

Diane and Richard made their way to the zeta tubes and made their way to Bludhaven.

Nightwing and Huntress stepped out of the zeta tubes to the streets of Bludhaven. "Bludhaven, weird the intruder chose here to run away to. I used to own an apartment here, and not to mention that it was once a small base for the team."

"hm really" Diane said as she was looking at her tracker device showing that she wasn't paying attention to him. "I found him, let's go"

She sped up through the streets of Bludhaven before realising that she had left Nightwing back at the zeta tubes. She raced back to find him with his arms crossed in front of his chest.
