i'm on my way to madison's house. we agreed on meeting here and then we're going somewhere because it's so nice today.

i ring the doorbell and wait for someone to answer. a boy, i think madison's big brother opens it.

"are you marcus?" he asks and i nod. "oh so you're that boy my sister has been talking about."

"she talks about me?" i say confused. what has she said.

"listen here, if you ever hurt my little sister i will hunt you down and kill you slowly and painfully." he hisses.

"umm, o-okay, but we're not even together." i say a bit frightened.

"mark! stop scaring him." madison says and pulls me past his brother. oh thank god.

"hey i was just joking. he seems like a good kid." mark says before going back upstairs. i turn to madison who just shakes her head.

"i'm sorry about him. he tends to be a bit over protective tho so you better treat me like a lady." she winks before going out.

i could treat her like a princess if she just let me. i could take her to places she's never been and make her feel a way she's never felt.

i shake my head and walk to the car. i start it and start driving to the destination. it's kind of a surprise, but i'm taking madison out for ice cream.

i pull up at a small little kiosk. it's a nice place with a couple chairs and tables where you can just sit and enjoy the sunny weather.

"oh my god marcus, i used to come here all the time when i was smaller, how did you know about this?" madison says looking around her.

"you told me a few weeks back, remember?" i say and put on my sunglasses.

we order our ice creams and sit by a table a little further from the others and close to a shady place.

i ordered a vanilla ice cream, it's my favorite. madison got strawberry. i don't know how she does it. she looks so beautiful every day.

"how much makeup are you wearing right now?" i ask and look at her.

"just some mascara, why?" she says raising her eyebrow.

"you just look so beautiful today." i say. she turns her head down and tries to hide the blush which is appearing on her face. damn she's cute when she does that.

she's everything i've always wanted. cute, kind, funny. i just wish she would feel the same about me.
