I ducked sideways just in time to escape from Shisui-kun's kunai and tried to steady my footing, but Shisui-kun had already balanced himself on the ground and leaped at me once again.
"Doton: Doroku Gaeshi!" I yelled after quickly weaving the signs and infusing chakra into the ground. The dirt wall barely managed to block Shisui-kun's kunai in time and it began crumbling quickly.
"Not bad," I heard Shisui-kun yell from the other side of the falling wall.
"But you should pay attention to your enemy's movements and chakra more." His voice suddenly appeared from behind me. I ducked down and swept my legs backwards, turning around to see Shisui-kun's shadow clone disappear in a "poof". I quickly scrambled back up and leaped back, putting distance between me and the real Shisui-kun.
"Your turn to attack. The chance of your enemy waiting or dawdling doesn't come often." Shisui-kun advised as he stood, looking at me, his sharingans deactivated.
I launched myself at Shisui, taking out three kunais, and my eyes focusing on his hands and eyes, making sure all of his movements are within my vision. I gripped my kunais harder and threw them, aiming two at his eyes and one at his heart. I watched in disappointment as one of my kunais went off target and whizzed past Shisui-kun's ears while the rest was deflected by him.
"Do not leave your mind on past moves. Do not let your enemy take advantage of your momentary disappointment." Shisui-kun said as he suddenly disappeared.

I quickly stopped and leaped back, trying to locate him. Suddenly, a shuriken whizzed past my cheeks as I turned. I readied my kunai and prepared to fight but Shisui-kun was faster. He launched himself forwards and I dodged his kunai but instead found shurikens flying towards my face again.
I tried to deflect it with another kunai but couldn't take on all of them. I winced slightly as one slashed my cheeks but ignored it, continuing to pin my focus on Shisui-kun who had leaped on one of the trees.
"Do not let your enemy take their preferred position. Force him or her out of his comfort zone. Make him use his hidden techniques. Figure out his preferred hand and fighting style while trying to hide your own." Shisui-kun called from the tree while taking out six kunais, three in each hand.
I took the chance to leap up at Shisui-kun, giving him no chance the launch the kunais at me. I weaved signs while in the middle of the air.
"Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu!" I yelled and released the fire from my mouth, aiming straight at Shisui-kun.
"Suiton: Suijinheki!" Shisui-kun's barely audible voice shouted. In a "sizzle", my jutsu was countered and the crashing waves stopped my movement straight forwards, however, I didn't stop my advance. I leaped upwards and broke through the water wall with several scratches. I shook the water off my face as I reached for my shurikens, throwing them at Shisui-kun, who had leaped back after casting his jutsu.
"Two controllable Chakra natures and only six years old. Impressive!" Shisui-kun shouted as he deflected the shurikens. Somehow, since I started training by myself, I noticed that I could use three of the five Chakra natures, earth, fire, and wind, without any struggle.

"You should try some close range combat as well. If your enemy keeps evading you with far ranged jutsus and shurikens, it might mean their taijutsu is weak." Shisui-kun's voice suddenly cut through my thoughts.
Hearing his words, I leaped forwards once again, kunai in hand. Shisui-kun didn't jump away this time. My taijutsu isn't the greatest but since I could at least fight Sasuke, I suppose it's not garbage.
Our kunais clashed but my kunai was quickly kicked out of my hand by Shisui-kun. I leaped backwards and tried to catch my breath but Shisui-kun didn't give me the chance, he charged forwards at me again, his kunai's point straight at my heart.
I wanted to duck but I couldn't move, fear suddenly freezing my arms and legs. MOVE. I told myself but I couldn't move. Shisui-kun's eyes widened as he realised that I was not able to doge his blow. I saw him fly closer, and closer to me. I closed my eyes in fear and felt my heart pounding. Harder. Harder. I can imagine his kunai impaling me through the heart. The blood dripping onto Shisui-kun's warms hands...

Pain suddenly bolted through my eyes and I opened them, startled, to find the world black and white with a shade of dark blue. I saw Shisui-kun's kunai moving forwards....Closer...... Closer....
