*After Class Ended*

"I can't believe they actually STILL teach us stuff like choosing flowers," I complained and looked at Sakura who was fidgeting.

"Sakura..." I lowered my voice and peered at her face.

"I... never told you right?" Sakura suddenly said and touched the pink headband in her hair.

"What?" I asked and looked at her even more curiously.

"Ino... gave me the headband and... She... we were best friends and... we picked flowers together and... I'm... the side flower." Sakura's voice suddenly turned shaky and I furrowed my brow in concern.

"Come on, Sakura. You wanna go to the best sweets shop in town?" I asked and Sakura looked gratefully up at me.

"Yea!"

"Umi-chan, where do you live? I can walk you home, my father and mother aren't going to be back until later anyway." Sakura, now cheery again, asked me and I hesitated.

"Um... I live... pretty far away so..." I tried to say but Sakura patted me on the back and smiled.

"It's okay! Its a good exercise for after all those sweets!" She laughed and started walking off in a random direction.

"Sakura..." I said, trying again to convince her otherwise.

"You never told me your clan either, did you? What if... you are related to someone you don't want to be... What if... you're the daughter of the Hokage!" She started rambling on about all the weird possibilities of my clan.

"There is the Hyuga clan but your eyes are normal... Uzumaki? Naruto's clan? Umm... Uchiha? You're really strong so that makes sense... There aren't other big clans right?" Sakura turned to me, her eyes shining. I laughed awkwardly and shook my head.

"No... I'm just from a merchant's... family... Not a big clan or anything... I think my father and mother moved from somewhere..." I laughed and casually stepped away from Sakura who was peering at me suspiciously.

"Aw, come on... then I'll walk you..." She began again but I ran away before she could react.

I sprinted through the streets of Konoha and darted between the crowd still on the streets.

"Phew..." I sighed as I finally came to a halt in front of the Uchiha compound.

Why did I avoid the question? I could have just told her I'm Sasuke's sister... Maybe she'll be happy about it... So why didn't I? I questioned myself as I walked through the houses, which were oddly quiet.

When I reached my house, I opened the door to find Sasuke laying on the ground asleep. That cleared everything else from my mind.

"Sasuke!" I yelled, trying to wake him, but he only turned around and continued to sleep.
