The Great Elmin

The Library-Chapter 1

You were walking through the castle hallways as you spotted the scouting library. "Well I do have to return a book so I might as well go inside for a bit" You said to yourself.

TIME SKIP

"Thank you for returning your book on How to deal with a best friend who's obsessed over a guy." You looked around to make sure that your best friend Jess wasn't around because you had told her that you didn't care if she was completely obsessed with Captain Levi.  You hated lying to her, but you knew that it would piss her off if you told her the truth.

You turned towards a bookshelf that was labled 'Dark Magic and Wizardry'. Some of the books looked old and tatty, but they seemed to interest you. You pulled out a couple of books and went to sit down. As you perched yourself onto an old wooden chair, you noticed a boy walk in. You didn't recognise him at first because his yellow coloured hair was covering his tiny face. He walked over to the librarian who was still sat at her desk. You were curious to figure out who this person was. You could hear whispers coming from their direction and it tortured you every time this mysterious person spoke because you recognised his voice. Then the librarian handed him the book you had just returned! As he took the book from the librarian's hand, he raised his other hand and slid back his hair behind his ear. Now his face had been revealed and it struck you who it was. It was THE Armin Arlert of the survey corps!! This was the boy you had a crush on. This was the boy who made you blush whenever he was around. This was the boy you would die for.

"What if he comes and sits next to me?...Oh god! What if he talks to me? What if he compliments me? Okay I need to calm the hell down...I mean why would he want to sit next to me anyway? " you said in your thoughts.

You looked back up to where he was standing, but to your surprise he wasn't there. As you calmed down, a voice behind you said "may I sit next to you? " You turned your head to see Armin leaning over you. "Sure!" You said, trying to act cool. He gave you a warm smile and sat down next to you.

After a few moments, which felt like hours, Armin asked you "What are you reading?" You looked up to him and replied in a friendly tone "A book about Dark magic...it's very interesting, you should read it sometime. " You pushed the book you were reading in front of him. As he flicked through the book, your eyes moved from the book to his face. He had a petite and adorable face that you didn't understand how anybody could not love him. It was clearly evident that he was intrested in the book. "You can read it if you like...I saw another copy over there so I can just go get that one." You said to him whilst smiling. "Oh there's no need..you can read this one and i'll go get the other copy since you had this one first." he replied. He had a gentle and heart-warming smile on his face. His blue eyes were looking right into yours and you looked back at his and felt his energy surrounding you. "Do you like reading because I always see you in here" he asked you.
"I love reading. It's like going into your own little world!" You replied with enthusiasm.

"We should hang around together sometime."He said,smiling at what you had just told him. You felt your heart beat faster and faster. "Did he really just say that?" You asked yourself in your head. Your hands were shaking with happiness, but you tried to hide them in your lap. Overwhelmed with joy, you cheerfully said "Yeah we should. You know where to find me if you ever want to hang around." He looked down to his lap and giggled.
