Niko closes his eyes. He hates himself. Memories flood into his brain. Jia looks at Alicia. "Will it work?" She asks. Alicia shrugs. "What will his magic change too?" Jia asked. Alicia shrugged again. "I'm sorry Ms. Lyia, but he can't just change for you. A demon is a demon. I don't even know if this will work. You need to accept him or something." She said. Jia let out a sigh. "I want the old Niko back." She thought. Jia awaits some sort of sign that Niko is ok. A sign post randomly landed on Niko saying "Okay? Okay." Niko didn't move. At all. The cell door opened. The potion suddenly began to come up Niko's throat. It's effect suddenly disappeared and Niko's darkness returned.

Niko laid on the ground. He wheezed. Jia put her hand on Niko's chest and punched. The potion spewed out of his mouth. Niko wheezed continuously. He had come to rely so much on his darkness that even a little while without it had pained him. "Niko. Wake up." Jia said. Niko rolled over so he was face down and father from Jia. He wheezed in reply.

Jia grunted. "Fine. You stay in the cell." She stood, and walked out of the cell. The bars fell again. Even breathing hurt. Niko wheezed again. It's like that one Pokemon who's always wheezing like their dying. Jia looked at Niko from behind the bars and plasma field. "I'll be back tomorrow." She said. She has work soon, but none tomorrow. Jia also has no classes tomorrow either. Alicia nods. Jia walks upstairs and teleports home. Leo paces. He just got back from school and is waiting for work. Niko still isn't there. "THE FRICK I THOUGHT YOU WERE COMING BACKKKKKKK!" Leo shouted with annoyance.

Jia appears in her apartment. Lyra is sitting on the couch. Jia pulls her phone out and texts Ellie.

Jia_Lyia: Want to come to the Realm of Stars? I have to go to the prison to check on Niko but after I can give you a tour of the Realm after

Lyra looks at Jia. "You ok?" She asks. Jia doesn't say anything. She goes up to her room and sits on her bed. Her phone is the only light in the dark room. Tears roll down her cheeks. "I want the old Niko back. I want those friendships I had with Ellie and others to come back. I wish things could be how they used to be." She rambles. Suddenly the cell that Niko was in, had a single rock fall from the roof. It landed on his back with a thud. It was only the size of a small pebble, so the chances that it would hurt him were not even there. Torches lit up in each cell.

Jia rubbed her eyes and ran out of her room. She was going to be late for work. She ran out the door. Lyra opened her mouth to say something, but Jia was too quick. Jia ran down the stairs and out of the apartment. She crossed the street and ran behind the buildings. She scanned a small card on the back door of her work. The door opened and Jia ran inside. She scrambled to get her locker open, then change. She peered at her watch. A few minutes till her work started. Jia sat down on one of the black leather benches in the center of each row of lockers. She let out a large sigh.

Leo grunted. He stumbled to the door and sped to his workplace. He changed into a white tee shirt, some black pants and a light blue apron. Leo wiped down the counter and got to work.

The prisoners around Niko burst into laughter. The one in the cell across from him was silent. He had night black eyes, and pale skin. His hair was a ruffled grey. His name was Myles and he was a Blood Mage who was a murderer in a town the a God Slayer resided in. The God Slayer caught him. The prisoner on the right side of Niko peeked through the small barred window between each cell. This prisoner was a girl with shoulder length red hair, and brown eyes. Her name was Eliza and she was a Hypnotic Mage. She tricked person after person to work for her, and then used an army of these people to storm the Gods. She failed. The prisoner on the other side of Niko laughed. A boy with jet black hair and brown eyes. His name was Will and he used Nightmare Magic. The things he did were too outrageous to even speak of.
