"The truth is rarely pure and never simple."

― Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Earnest

-----(??? P.O.V)------

As I stare down into the human realm, I laugh realising how petty humans have become. A Pokèmon floats beside me. It's growl echo's through the place we call home, also known as the Distortion World.

It's been such a long time. I haven't seen a single trainer since that day. I watched with such anticipation, I remember it so well. The scream that came from the young girl's mouth as her last Pokèmon fainted. The tears that fell as she realised what had happened.

I never believed something as horrible as this would happen. I thought he would just separate Pokèmon and people from Unova only. No, I was horribly wrong.

After one year, most of the world had succumbed to Team Plasma's ambition. Pokèmon and trainers fought to stay side by side. The worlds strongest trainers where stripped from their Pokèmon.

I watched helplessly as Legendaries where captured and taken back to Team Plasma's HQ. I feared my own Pokèmon was next. One of the last Legendaries left:

Giratina.

I sighed then turned to my faithful Pokèmon.

"Giratina, I will be travelling to the human realm open up the portal."

The Pokèmon screeched then a rift opened, I jumped through, ready to begin my adventure.
