-MINA POV-
After the class had finished Jae showed me the way to the dance studio, since dance was what I had next.
It was intense, to say the least since everyone seemed content with displaying their talent.
Apart from me.
Thankfully Momo was there, so at least I knew someone.
Jeongyeon had told me a little about Momo's dancing but I was still blown away by her performance skills. She had the ability to encompass whoever was watching her dance and left everyone (including myself) in awe.
The dance instructor had given us the task of choreographing a performance in pairs, and naturally I paired with Momo, although now I was having regrets.
How on earth was supposed to keep up with one of the best dancers in my class?
Wouldn't I just drag down our grade?
Maybe I shouldn't-
"MINA-YAH!"
Momo's voice dragged me out of my doubts and I looked up in surprise.
"Y-yeah sorry did you say something?"
She gave me a blank look.
"I asked if you were okay? You look pretty concerned."
I just nodded silently and continued packing up, seeing as the class had ended. Although I appreciated her concern, I just didn't really want to let her know I was scared.
"Okay well, text me when you're free so we can practice yeah? I've got to run now!" She said as she left the changing room, a packet of crisps in her hand. I laughed gently. This girl seemed to be eating non-stop, yet her figure was perfect? How strange.
I swung my bag onto my shoulder and left the studio, trying to navigate my way to the cafeteria in hope of getting some food, as well as finding someone that I knew because frankly I didn't fancy spending my break alone.
-CHAEYOUNG POV-
I finally walked out of my Music class with an annoyingly cheerful Dahyun on one side of me, and a blank-faced Tzuyu on the other. We reached a quiet spot in the school gardens and sat down under a large tree, its arched branches providing shade from the sun that had miraculously appeared despite the cold weather earlier on.
I closed my eyes and leaned my head back against the trunk, only gaining a few seconds of peace before I felt someone (presumably Dahyun) shaking my shoulder.
"What?"
"What's the deal with you and that Mina girl?"
"Nothing. And it's none of your business. Right Tzuyu?"
I turned to the taller girl, in hope that she would save me from Dahyun's questioning, however, she completely betrayed my trust.
"No, I want to know too. I've heard some people think you're going soft."
I'm pretty sure she only said that to piss me off, which she sure as hell achieved.
"I am NOT going soft. She's just different. And nice. And she's really pretty.."
See. I told Mina that she was ruining my reputation.
I saw Tzuyu raise her eyebrows from the corner of my eye, so I turned away with a huff.
Dahyun glared at me. "You better not leave us for her."
"What? Dubu, of course not!"
She nodded in approval, whilst Tzuyu simply concentrated on eating an apple.
