8:07 am:

The suspect, a short woman with a black hat walked near the priminiser outside the hotel, 'La Belle Vie'. There was no evidence of suspicious behavior, or any threat to the prime minister's life. His body language is relaxed and peaceful, and so is the suspect's.

8:22 am:

The prime minister seemed a little nervous and tensed while he was seen in the lobby of the luxury French hotel,'La Belle Vie'. The suspected woman laughed and hugged his arm with both hands, and took the keys to the room the receptionist had given her. When the tests were conducted, no fingerprints were found.

9:30 am:

The priminiser was found dead in his hotel room. There were no traces of the suspect-

That was enough for me.

"So, all the evidence led to a dead end, huh? That's why you called me." I declared, putting the case report I was reading from in the hands of the policewoman standing next to me. Her brown eyes widened slightly from the lack of interest I showed in the case.

At least for now.

I wasn't patient enough to wait for her reaction, so I moved toward the lifeless body of a white, old, bald, man who was lying on the huge red bed. His mouth was open and his fat stomach exposed, full of bloody open cuts that showed some of his internal organs.

What a lovely sight to see first thing on the morning, I thought wearily, stifling a yawn that was about to break through my lips. It's been a while since I've seen so many stabbing injurie on one victim. It seems that the person who did it was committed to his cause.

"He was stabbed thirty-three times. Impressive for a little woman like her." I muttered, nodding to myself with approval. She's a very strong woman. I have a feeling that this is not accidental.

"First of, That's your priminiser you're talking about. If you show no respect for other victims, at least show him some." Jenny, my partner, commanded angrily, her blue eyes sparkled defiantly, "Second thing, how can you be sure it's the woman? Maybe she was just the bait and she had other partners doing the dirty work for her? Oh, and by the way - 'me'? Are you fucking kidding me?!" She straightened her back, folded her hands on her chest, and raised her chin stubbornly.

"If she had partners, we would have known already. Lou asked the hotel employees if they saw someone walking around the room or in the area, but they said they hadn't seen anyone. He also went to check the hotel's security cameras." Lou is a investigator and a hacker in the department where we worked in, which is part of the police. "And I thought you already knew that I hate politicians. One is dead, the other one is replacing him. They're always filled with empty slogans and nothing really changes." I meant to ignore her last comment but she stopped me with her stubborn gaze, "Fine, us. It slipped out."

"Ass face. How did we became partners, remind me?" Jenny rolled her eyes in contempt and went back to inspecting the room full of evidence. "Besides, it's a bit arrogant to assume that just because there were no more people on the ground doesn't mean no one isn't working with this woman behind the scenes. What-"

"People, I found something!" I heard Clare, another police worker calling from the bathroom.

I hurried to the bathroom, eager to find something so I can start my hunt after the suspect, "Tell me what you got."

"I found this." Clare said, flinging her short, pale brown hair back and pointed to the mirror.

The mirror was cracked and full of blood, and in the center was written "Lavender" in light purple lipstick. The floor was full of smeared blood, and there was chaos everywhere: scattered care products throughout the bathroom, some broken including a strong perfume that created a sense of suffocation in the room.
