The choice of destiny

Third week - Nick

When I got to school on Monday it was nick who was to have my company for the week.  He was waiting for me at the entrance to the school. He walked me to my first class 'ugh what is it with men and walking me to class'. On the way, he scolded me about being late for school as if he was my dad. After maths I headed out to the courtyard to spend my free time alone, that was until Nick came up to me and said he skipped English. I then found out that Nick had some of the same classes as me but he was only in them because he needed the points. Nick told me about his dad, Mum and 7 siblings. He had 3 sisters and 4 bothers. The triplets names are Jenna, Matthew and Bradley. They were the youngest, then it was Jessie she was the second youngest. Nick was in the middle, before Nick there was Leo, he's the second eldest. The eldest is April. His dad's name is Hugo and his mum's name is Sky. While he was telling me about his family, I could tell that he really loved his whole family. His eyes were lit with happiness the whole time.

After he had finished, it was lunchtime. We walked to the cafeteria together and he got me some food. Then he sat down across from me. He was talking about how people spend so much time on technology and not enough time with each other. He doesn't like tv shows or movies and he absolutely hates anything to do with the internet. He likes to read, that was the best part about him.
Then all of a sudden he said "I'm a shapeshifter"
I spat my water on the floor like an idiot "what!?" 
"I'm actually the prince of all shapeshifters, I'm next in line, my bother and sister denied the throne." He said in the most casual voice ever.
After that I couldn't speak I had no idea of what to say. The bell rang and we headed to drama class, apparently we both had drama.

After school Nick got me to drive to his place. We walked inside and his mother was the first person to greet me she was so sweet. His dad appeared out of nowhere and greeted me he was a gentleman. I never got to see the older two siblings or the second youngest. I hated the triplets they were horrible. After the greetings, he took me to the forest out the back of his house. He then shifted into a horse and motioned for me to hop on to his back. The moment I was on he ran into the forest at super speed. We went to a waterfall it was beautiful. After that it was time for me to head home, I was kinda looking forward to the next day. I fell asleep dreaming about what might happen tomorrow.

When I arrived at school that day, he was there waiting at the door.
"So where's your car," I said trying to get a conversation going
He replied with a shrug "I don't have one"
"Oh, ok"
I was then at my classroom. I walked in and I heard him say "see you next period"
I frowned on my way to my seat. After maths finished I was walking out of class and I turned a corner, Nick was right there.
" Ah!!!! NICK! You, you startled me!"
"Oh, sorry I didn't mean to," He said with a sorrowful tone.
"So what now?" I asked, to change the subject.
"Come with me" he demanded.
I walked next to him, hand in hand. He led me all the way to the back of the school where no one goes. I'm sure everyone knows what happened next...
"Get the hell off me!" I was sad and mad at this point he was so nice then he did that to me.
"What? Don't you want me?" He said the last bit in a seductive tone.
"No! I don't even really know you!" My rage was brewing again at this point.
"Awe, come on I know you want me," he said his seductive tone still evident.
"You better stay away from me! from now on don't even look or think about me, if you do we'll have problems!" My voice had some venom in it.
He quickly transformed into a chicken and flew away.

The rest of the week I didn't even see Nick nor did I hear his name. 'Maybe I was a little harsh on him' I dismissed the thought immediately. That was the worst week of my life.
