Brendon's POV

"I already said I looked everywhere for them." I flopped down on my bed. Dallon came over to help me on this search for Ryan.
Dallon sat next to me on the bed, trying to comfort me.

"You haven't looked everywhere. If you did, you would've found Ry." He says. Although he's saying the truth, I hate that he's right.

"I just want Ryan...and I hate them for not telling me where they are. I hate Ryan for not letting me know they wouldn't be around. I hate Ryan for leaving their phone behind."

"Brendon..?"

"I hate myself for hating them..."

Dallon sighed, frowning as well. "Don't hate yourself. You're just frustrated, that's all."

"I just want to hit something..."

"Then hit me"

I sat up as soon as he said that. I looked him in the eye.

"What?" I asked.

"Hit me..here," he raised his hand up. "Just punch my hand."

"Dallon, I'm not hitting you."

"Why? It's fine..."

"Are you into that? Because I mean it's ok, I don't jud-"

"NOOO! Thats not what I meant at all!" He blurt out. "I just meant that I'm use to the hits."

"Oh...sweetie, do Ryan hit you or do anyth-"

"BRENDON YOU'RE AN IDIOT, NO, HE DOESN'T HIT ME! I'M TALKING ABOUT BULLIES!" Dallon's face was now red. I couldn't tell if he was either really mad or felt embarrassed.

"OOOH, make that more clear next time dude."

"Never mind. You trust Ry to be safe, and not dead somewhere?"

"Now I do...your Ryan doesn't hit you right?"

"BREN! No he doesn't, don't think that you creep."

I pouted. "Don't call me a creep, I was just concerned. But you got bullied..?"

"Yeah, not anymore though. It ended last year, fortunately."

There was silence for a while. I couldn't tell if he was thinking or not.

He then spoke again. "You're so weird."

"Not my fault! I was just trying to help!"

"By thinking I was getting abused by my boyfriend?" He sighed then layed down. "You're weird..."

"I've heard that enough times." I rolled my eyes.

"I bet you have."

Once again, we were met with silence. I knew I was thinking of something, but I forget what it is.
By now I wanted to know what Dallon was thinking of. By now I wanted to do anything that'll make me stop thinking about Ryan.

"Hey, you ok?" Dallon asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"Do you not know you're crying?"

I raised an eyebrow at him. I then felt the tears on my face. When did I start crying?
Next thing I knew Dallon was hugging me as I cried onto his shoulder.
I didn't understand anything happening, but I didn't question it.

"I think...I'm just scared.." I said.

"About the Ryan thing?"

"I don't know." I wish I did know, but I don't. I believed that Ryan would be fine, but something about them not telling me makes me feel scared.
But I can trust them to be good on their own. At least, I hope I can.
