Chapter 11

Dahlia's P.O.V.

I feel my heart shatter when I see them together. It's been about two weeks since I've last spoken to her. She was mine yet Sarah was always around her. Didn't she have a life? Why was she so clingy to Gwen and why did Gwen talk to her? She never talks to people, so why would Sarah make an exception?

The more they hang out the more I lose my Gwen. She probably hates me. I mean why wouldn't she. I probably seemed like a whore in her eyes. She probably moved on to her.

I groan while rubbing my face, why did I have to kiss him? My life would be perfect had I not kissed him. Fuck my life. I had it all but I let her slip through my fingers.

"You know staring at her won't get her back." Hayley warned.

"Oh thank you magical wisdom fairy. I thought that if I willed her with my mind that she would return to me, thank you now for telling me that it won't work" I spat sarcastically.

Everyone in our group chuckled. They all thought this was a joke, especially Mike. Seeing him made me want to punch his balls out. I don't know if it's possible, but I will find a way to do it.

Turning my attention from them, I stare back at Gwen and Sarah eating lunch together. Smiling. Ugh! it made me sick.

Sarah only wants to get in Gwen's pants and Gwen is too nice to see that. I just wanted to sweep her off of her feet and make her mine again.

"So Halloween is this Friday and Joey's throwing a party! you guys wanna go? It's been so long since we partied!" Paul whined, snapping my attention back to them.

"Yeah let's all go..." They all just spoke amongst themselves. I didn't care what they decided on anymore. All that I could hear was Gwen's laugh, all I could see was her smiling face. Her happiness directed towards someone other than me. The way Sarah touched her enraged me.

I know that I'm just being envious but I should be over there, making her smile, hugging her. I just missed her. The way she looked at me, how she treated me; I just missed it all.

"...Gwen.."

"What did you say?" I snap at Syd

"Ha I was saying that Gwen will be at the party. Sarah convinced her to go" Syd explained, a little too happily.

"How do you know?"

"Sarah and I are good friends. She got Gwen to go because Gwen has nothing better to do. I swear. " He looks at me as if her waiting for an answer. "So will you come?"

"Oh. Yeah sure. Of course guys!" I put on my most fake smile, which they all buy.

I just want to make everything right with her. She deserves the world.

Gwen's P.O.V

The week has crawled by excruciatingly slow, but finally Friday has arrived. School let out about two hours ago, leaving me an hour to finish getting ready for this stupid ass party. I was hoping to take Quinn, but her mother actually wanted to be a mom and take her with her husband. Luke hates Halloween so he's just in his room, playing a game, call of duty I believe.

Singing along with Paramore, I get ready for my night.
