Tia's POV

I silently sigh, laying on my bed as Shawn lectures me. We were at his house, in my room. I had already unpacked. "Tia, are you even listening to me?" Shawn asks, annoyed. I look over at him, giving him an annoyed look. Then summarized what he has been lecturing me about. " I shouldn't have gone on the show and asked the question that I did. I created a mess for myself, and once I look on social media's I'll see that." I say, not believing a word of it. Suddenly, my phone rang. It was Chandler. "Tia, he's not going to do you any good." I give Shawn another look, and then answer the phone.

Chandler's POV (An hour before the phone call)

I crash to the floor, scrambling to get out of the tangled sheets as my mother screams for me to get my butt downstairs. I grab my sweatpants, struggling into them as I run down. What did I do? I think to myself, and then stop on the stairs." Who's baby is that?" I ask, extremely confused. She looked to be about two or three months old. I slowly walked down, having the urge to hold the small child." Yours." My mom says, shoving the baby into my arms. I carefully take the small child, my heart dropping. It was only once, and now I had a child." Wh-What...?" I ask, not really believing it. I look down at her, sucking on her pie.

(A/N: I call a Pacifier a pie. Don't judge me, I picked up on it when I started babysitting my best friend's brother and sister a couple months ago. Don't ask about the babysitting thing either, that is a very personal story.)

My mom hands me an envelope and a diaper bag, and I suddenly have my hands full." Get ready, and look over those while you're at it. You have to go get stuff for your daughter." My mom dead panned. I sigh, carrying my daughter upstairs. I didn't even know Brianna was pregnant. I soon reach my room, laying her on the bed. I grab my clothes, changing. I open the envelope, and inside was her birth certificate, and a bunch of other papers. I look at her birth certificate, and I see her name.

First Name: Violet
Middle Name: Rose
Last Name: Riggs
Date of Birth: December 26, 2017
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Blue
Weight: 6 Lbs, 8 Oz
Height: 1 Ft, 2 inches
Father's First Name: Chandler
Father's Middle Initial: C
Father's Last Name: Riggs
Mother's First Name: Brianna
Mother's Middle Initial: A
Mother's Last Name: Maphis

I sigh, looking over at the baby." Violet, huh? It fits you." I say to the small child. She gurgles, giving me a toothless grin. I pick her back up, grabbing her diaper bag. I grab my wallet, phone, and car keys, heading downstairs. My mom stops me, handing me a debit card." We kept it for emergencies. It has all the money you've made from The Walking Dead and all the other movies you were in." She tells me, and then walks away. I nod, sighing as I slip it in my wallet, and head out to the car. I accidentally kick a car seat that lay on the door step, and then I pick it up. This is going to be very useful. I wasn't sure how I was going to legally transport Violet around. I think to myself, opening the backdoor of the car. I place Violet in the car seat, buckling her in. I then buckle the car seat into the actual seat. I give her a stuffed animal I found in her diaper bag. I go to the driver's side, climbing in. I put my wallet and phone in the compartment next to the gear shift, Vi's diaper bag being put in the passenger seat, and I start the car. I head out to the nearest mall, and park. I place my stuff in her diaper bag, grabbing it before getting out and getting my baby girl. I smile at her, loving her already. I kiss her forehead, and then head into the mall. I stood at the entrance of the baby store, holding the small child. "You know what, sweetheart?" I asked Violet, and she gurgles at me. "I'm gonna call Tia. I know you don't know who that is, but you will one day." I pull my phone out of Vi's bag, pulling up Tia's contact. After a few moments she answered my call. "Tia, you're good with kids, right?" I ask her nervously. "Chandler, what did you do?" She asks me, obviously picking up on the fact I did something. "Well, um..." I start, and then go sit down by the fountain nearby. I set Violet down on the floor with a stuffed animal, letting her play with it. As I do this I explain to Tia my situation. I explained to her that Brianna and I did something a few months before we broke up, and she never told me that she was pregnant. I explained that I woke up this morning to my mom finding Violet on the front porch. I told her I was now at the mall, but I had no idea as to what I needed for a three month old baby. Once I finish ranting, with Shawn nagging at her in the background, Tia sighs and then you could hear a bed creak as she moves. "She's going to need clothes for the next few months as she grows. My cousin had a baby last year, and within the first year she almost tripled in size. She's also going to need diapers. As many as you can. Violet will also need toys, and she'll need wipes. You'll need baby food and baby dishes and spoons. Also, in the next few months you'll need teething toys and baby orajel. Her gums will hurt from teething, it'll numb them. Where do you live?" She ranted as I had her on speaker and typed things up on my notes. "L.A." I tell her, "I'm just visiting." I finish, and then she thinks for a moment. "You'll need a portable play pen and high chair. The play pen can be used as a baby bed until you get home, then you'll need a real baby bed. The with the high chair you won't have to ask for one at a restaurant and you won't have to get a real one. Um, you'll also need a stroller today. That way you don't have to worry about carrying her around. Oh, you might need to figure out if she drinks formula still or not. That way you know what to buy her drink wise. Between three and five months is when they start drinking juices and normal milk." Tia explains, and I start digging through Violet's bag. I find a can of formula, then I put it in my notes. "Tia, you're a life saver. Is there anything else I need?" I say, reaching down to gently stroke Violet's thin baby hair. She looks up at me with a grin, gurgling happily. I smile at her. "Not that I can think of. Toys, diapers, baby wipes, clothes, play pen, portable high chair, baby drinks, baby food, baby orajel, teething toys, and a stroller. Oh, and at least one blanket! She may get cold." She says, and I check my list as she says it out loud. I had everything written down, but the blanket. I take a deep breath. "Thank you again, Tia. I have no idea as to what I'm doing." I tell her, and she giggles lightly. "Call me if you need me, Chandler. You know my experience with children." She says, and I think back to all of the babysitting stories she's told me. We say our goodbyes and I hang up. I pick up Violet and her toy. I head into the baby store, getting a bunch of funny looks. I grab a cart, placing Violet in the baby seat. I give her the stuffed animal again, realizing that it was a white bunny. I start to push the cart around.

Tia's POV

I stare at the ceiling, contemplating on whether or not I should tell Shawn about Violet. I mean, Violet has nothing to do with Shawn, but at the same time he's driving me insane about what I was talking to Chandler about over the phone, and that baby stuff. I snap, choosing the latter. "Shawn Peter Raul Mendes! You are not my father. I thank you for letting me stay here, but as of right now I have my own issues to handle for myself. Yes, I should've handled last night a different way, and yes Chandler has a kid. He didn't know about Violet until this morning. As a good friend should, I was helping him. Shawn, what is going on with you? I know we haven't known each other very long, but I know this isn't you." I say, starting off rude and ending with being concerned. Shawn sighs, finally sitting down on the bed next to me. "Tia..." He starts, thinking. I wait patiently. "I don't really know, okay? I don't like you around Chandler... I feel like I have to fight for your attention... Now that he's a dad I feel like he's a bad influence on you..." Shawn admits. "So, you're jealous of Chandler and you're looking for reasons not to like him. " I state, and Shawn's eyes go wide. "No I'm not!" He defends. "Shawn, you told Chandler we were together and I was moving in with you, even directly told him to stay away." I said, sitting up. Shawn stays silent. "Shawn, I wish I could say I felt the same, but we need to get to know each other on a personal level. " I explain, and gently taking his hand and squeezing it. Shawn cautiously squeezes my hand, and then we make eye contact. "I'm sorry, Tia. I know this is way to soon for me to have feelings." He apologizes. "It's okay, Shawn, everybody is different. You just have to pace yourself for a bit. I need to get to know you better, and I also have to get on my feet." I say, pulling my hand away so I can crawl closer to Shawn. We sit with our knees touching, and I smile at him. Shawn smiles back, and then I smirk. "What?" Shawn asks, and I jump off of the bed. "Let's go watch Grey's Anatomy!" I shout, and Shawn is soon at my heel. "I'll get the tissues and the snacks!" Shawn says as I run down the stairs. "Where's a blanket? Oh, and don't forget the strawberry ice cream!" I shout. "Blankets are in the table in the living room! The lid opens!" Shawn yells as he runs into the kitchen. I quickly run into the living room and over to the table, moving the remotes before I opened the table. I pulled out only the top blanket because of how big it was. I closed the lid, sitting on the dark chocolate leather couch. I picked the remotes up off the floor as I got up, turning on the TV. I went to Shawn's recordings, looking for Grey's Anatomy Season 14. I quickly find it, and Shawn sits down next to me. I get my ice cream and water bottle, and Shawn has a bag of Doritos and a glass of lemonade. I lift the blanket, and Shawn gets under it with me. I press play, and the first episode of season 14 begins.
