Tia's POV
Currently, I was sitting in a coffee shop. Chandler was sitting across from me, and Violet was in her stroller. I had a coffee cup filled with peppermint hot cocoa, Chandler had a coffee with half and half and sugar, and Violet had a sippy cup with chocolate milk in it. I had a half eaten raspberry muffin sitting in front of me, Chandler had a wrapper to a chocolate chip muffin, and Violet had an empty bowl of what used to be oatmeal. Chandler and I stared at each other. Neither of us new what to do, or to even say. What could we do? It was already everywhere. What could we say? We were fighting against Island Records. The next thing we knew Violet was crying. When Chandler and I looked over about three teenage girls were laughing and Vi's stroller was knocked over with her in it. Chandler dropped to the floor and I jumped up, yelling at them. "That is an infant! A baby! Is it really necessary to hurt a child who isn't even one year old yet just to get under my skin?" I yelled, my anger already boiling before they even did this. This just completely sent me over the edge. "Oh please. It's not like you care for either of them, why should it even matter? I mean, you were with Shawn last night. You flew out here to see Shawn." One girl bantered. "Quite the slut if you ask me. Two guys in less than 24 hours?" Another sneered. "That's right, I mean, what kind of person does that? And there's a baby in the mix? She was out at midnight last night. I mean, that's pretty irresponsible." The third girl taunted. I clenched my fists, baring my teeth. "You know not one thing about me. Clearly, neither doesn't Andrew. I care deeply for Violet, Chandler, and Shawn. I flew out here because I was worried about Shawn. I asked Chandler to come for moral support, even offered to fly him to Atlanta if he didn't want to come. Yes, I was with Shawn last night. We didn't do anything though. Why don't you look at the picture again? You'll see Shawn is in the hospital. In case none of you saw it, but Shawn had an anxiety attack then blacked out on a live talk show last night. I flew out to Washington last night because of that. Chandler and Violet went to the hotel while I went up to see Shawn. Shawn asked me to stay. Andrew told me that Shawn needed me. I came out here to be a good friend. That is it. I will deal with Andrew and that twitter post when I see him." I seethe, and then the manager rushes over before the girls can say anything else. The three girls are chased out of the store with a broom. Then he comes over to us. "Are you three alright? How is the baby?" He asks in an Italian accent. "I'm okay. Just a little angry." I say, then look back at Chandler and Violet. She was red in the face, even crying, but she looked fine. "We're okay, just a little shaken up." Chandler says, rocking Violet. "I give you free muffin for the two of you, and oatmeal for baby for your troubles." He says, and I go to tell him it wasn't necessary since he ran them off, but before I can he says that he insists. Then he runs behind the counter, writing on a piece of paper. Then another. He tapes down one piece to the counter and hands us the other piece. We thank the man, and then I order a box of muffins to go. There were four in the box. All four were chocolate chip. When I come back Chandler can't get Violet to go back in her stroller. I tap his shoulder, handing him the box of muffins. Chandler, confused, takes them. I pick up Violet, holding her close to me. I kiss her forehead, rocking the small infant. "I'll carry her." I say, my worries melting away as I held my sweet baby girl. "If she gets too heavy let me know, Tia." Chandler says, and I nod. I move closer to Chandler, and he places the muffins down on the table. I move closer, laying my head on his shoulder. I close my eyes, and he wraps his arms gently around us. Violet coos, and Chandler and I just stay right where we are. "Move in with me." Chandler says, and I look up at him in confusion. "Move in with you?" I ask, making sure I heard correctly. "Move in with me." He restates, and I pause for a second. "I'd love to, and I will, on two conditions." I say, trying to properly plan how to say this. "What are they?" Chandler asks, and I smile. "First, help me figure out how to handle this situation with Andrew. Second, all three of us go on tour with Shawn. He needs me, and I refuse to leave the two of you behind." I say, placing one of my hands on Chandler's cheek. Violet gurgled and cooed, babbling her baby babble. I smiled down at her, and she smiled up at me. Chandler moved his hand, letting Violet grab his finger. "Well, Violet says yes, so I guess it's a yes." Chandler says, and I squeal.
I walk into Shawn's hospital room, Violet on my hip and holding Chandler's hand. Shawn was sitting up, watching something on his laptop. We walk closer, and I put Violet on the bed. She squeals, crawling on top of Shawn's legs, shutting his laptop. Shawn looks at Vi, smiling brightly. "Hi there, Violet! How's my little Rose?" Shawn asks, pulling her closer. Violet giggles, and I hug Chandler. I lay my cheek against his chest, smiling as I watched the semi-happy scene. Chandler hugged back, playing with my hair. I watched Violet and Shawn play, and I knew this is how I always wanted things to be, minus the hospital. Everyone was happy. Chandler and I were together, I was helping him raise a beautiful baby girl, and Shawn was happy playing with her, as my best friend. Shawn's monitor beeped rhythmically, showing a steady heart beat. Dr. Shepard came in with the lady with the three kids, and then Shawn and I looked at each other. It hadn't clicked before, and then we looked at the two doctors. "Meredith Grey and Amelia Shepard." We both say, and I struggled not to fangirl. Although Shawn didn't make the attempt not to. "Oh my god... I knew I knew you from somewhere, Dr. Shepard! Oh, it's so nice to meet you, Dr. Grey!" Shawn gushed, and the heart monitor started to beep rapidly. Meredith started to lightly laugh, smiling. "It's nice to meet you too, Shawn. I know I shouldn't be asking this, but my oldest daughter is a major fan. Would you be willing to meet her after you're discharged?" Meredith asked, and Shawn beamed, "I'd love to meet her! Her name is Zola, right?" Shawn asked, still beaming. "Oh, yes, that is her name." Meredith said, letting out a small chuckle. Then Amelia cut it, "Shawn, everything seems fine. You aren't dehydrated anymore, and it seems you're well rested. Although your manager has told me about your anxiety, and I've seen some footage of it. I've prescribed you an anxiety medication. I know a doctor that can travel with you, and your agent has already approved him." Dr. Shepard said, and I cleared my throat. "Where is Andrew?" I asked calmly, brushing my bangs away from my face. "I believe he said something about lunch. Maybe the cafeteria?" She said, obviously confused. At least she doesn't know. "Thank you." I said, going to walk out, and Chandler began to follow after asking if Violet was okay here. Meredith stopped me though. "You and Shawn make a cute couple, Tia. I saw the picture and tweet that Andrew posted last night." And I freeze, "I'm sorry, Dr. Grey, but Shawn and I aren't together. I'm here to be a good friend and for moral support. Chandler is actually my boyfriend." I say uneasily, reaching for Chandler's hand. We interlock fingers, and I began to rub my thumb in circles, feeling just how tense Chandler truly was. "Oh, I'm sorry, now I understand why you were looking for him. Violet isn't your daughter, is she?" Meredith asked, confused. "No ma'am, but she is Chandler's, and I do love her as if she were mine." I say smiling over at Violet. She was laughing and giggling, and Shawn was tickling her. Shawn was smiling brightly, and I knew. Shawn didn't need just me. He needed all of us. I then look back at Chandler, smiling even wider. Chandler put his arm around me, and we excused ourselves. We slowly made our way to the elevators, not really saying anything. Chandler pressed the button, and I smiled at him again. Then I frown. "What's wrong, baby?" Chandler asked, concern crossing his face. "Well... what exactly are we gonna say to Andrew? Am I just gonna straight up say take back what you said on Twitter, or I'll share that life ruining video we both know I have, or are we gonna ease in to it or are we gonna do something else?" I ask, and then ding! The elevator opened. We stepped inside, clicking the ground floor button. "Well, maybe we could start off by easing in to it, and then, bam! We lay it on him." Chandler suggests, and I nod. "I knew you were the smart one." I say, standing on my toes. I gently place my lips against his, and Chandler leans in to it. I smile, pulling back. I go flat foot, smiling at him. The elevator doors open, and we walk out. We go up to one of the nurses, asking which way the cafeteria was, and then we head that way. As Chandler and I approach the doors I take a deep, slow breath, in and then out. I could feel myself getting anxious. My chest was tight and it was becoming hard to breath. I hummed a familiar toon quietly before we walked in. Help me... it's like my walls are caving in...
