Chapter 13

"Sir we have a problem!" A young man shouted upon entering the president's office of the CCG. "Another ghoul?" He asked used to his whole job of dealing with these deadly creatures. "We're not sure sir!" the young man said loudly. The president looked up with confusion held in his face, "What exactly do you mean by that. The young man then walked to the presidents desk holding a stack of papers. "The victims both human and ghoul have only been killed with a quinque," The young man said spreading out photographs of each and ever crime scene that has happened thus far. "Their identity?" The president asked, asking if he knew who said person was or if he saw their mask.

"Well it's only rumors sir, but, it is said that the killer wears a mask that appears to be of a blue haired boy with odd colored eyes, sir," The young man stated. The president over looked all of the photos, "Ward?" he asked, "20th, sir," the young man responded. "Send a troupe of eight investigators to go and keep an eye on things," the president said giving his orders to the young man. "Yes sir!" He said leaving the room and letting the President do what he was doing beforehand.

"So what do you think? Human or ghoul?" A middle aged ghoul asked another referring to (Y/N). "Obviously ghoul, why would a human kill its own kind and ghouls?" The other said. "Well I'm betting on human, it's said that they've never seen his Kaganae!" The man said with his eyebrows raised. "Sorry~. But, you're both wrong~," the demons voice rang from the top of a building. The two ghouls looked up to see (Y/N) wear her special mask of Ciel. She jumped down from the building landing in front of the ghouls and slowly took of her mask to reveal her face. "A girl?!" The two ghouls said together, "How mean you thought I was a guy?" (Y/N) asked playfully. "So what are you? A ghoul or a human?" the younger ghoul asked excitedly. "I already told you, neither," she said darkly as her eyes flashed pink and she killed both of them by throwing two knifes into their hearts.

"Touka what's wrong?" Kaneki asked worriedly seeing Touka almost break a table trying to clean it with a wetted table cloth. Touka turned to Kaneki and glared daggers at him, making him back away regretting his idea to ask. "Eight more ghoul investigators are coming to the ward thanks to that guy they call "Blue boy." I thought Tsukiyama was trouble but, this new guy is bringing more investigators than him!" Touka said frustrated. "Now we have to be really careful wandering around this ward," Touka said sadly knowing her life wasn't getting any easier. "Once I find that "Blue Boy," I'll kill him!" Touka said throwing the wet cloth at the wall and stomping her way up stairs.
