"Ow!" Oakfall said as he got up. "Why'd you do that?" Silverpaw sat up as he said that. "We can still have fun even though you're not an apprentice anymore! Right?" Silverpaw asked, looking sad. He sighed and said, "I guess. But not in the clearing!" Silverpaw got up and went over to the fresh-kill pile and got a vole. "Hey Silverpaw! Wanna share?" Tigerpelt asked her. "Sure." She mumbled. He laid down and took a bite. "What's wrong?" He asked Silverpaw. "Nothing." Silverpaw said. She took a bite and started to pad towards Ripplestar's den. "Ripplestar, I cant choose a mate. Can you help me?" Silverpaw asked Ripplestar. "Ok. Who are the toms?" He asked. "Oakfall and Tigerpelt." She sighed as she said that. "Oh. Those two are crazy! Oakfall! Tigerpelt!" Ripplestar said as they came out the warrior's den. "Yes Ripplestar?" Oakfall said as they walked up. "You two have to fight. Whoever wins, gets a prize!" Ripplestar said as the toms started to fight. I watched in horror as blood spilled on the ground. And then, Oakfall was pinning Tigerpelt. "Oakfall, you won, so you're silverpaw's mate. Problem solved." He said and walked away. "Cmon you two. You're both bleeding!" Silverpaw lead them to the medicine cat den. The two toms sat there like a lot waiting for its mom. "Well? What are you waiting for? A praise? Start licking your wounds!" Silverpaw snapped. She grabbed some cobwebs and pushed them onto Oakfall's wounds. Tigerpelt let out a low growl. "Why do you treat him first?" He snapped, as if he was a kit. "Do you want my treatment or not?" Silverpaw asked. "Fine." He mumbled. Silverpaw grabbed some more cobwebs. When she turned around, the two toms were fighting again. "Listen up, if you want to be healed, you better stop fighting or else I'll just let them become infected before I treat them!" She hissed before the toms turned their backs to each other. She grabbed the cobwebs off the ground that she had dropped. She came back over to Oakfall and applied them back to his wounds. She went back to cobwebs and placed them on Tigerpelt's wounds then left to the fresh-kill pile. She took a trout and walked over Oakfall. "Do you ever get the feeling that Tigerpelt hates me? Is he stating at me from a distance?" Oakfall asked causiosly. She looked behind him to see, which there he was. "Yea. He does and is. Ima go talk to him." Silverpaw said and left before Oakfall could stop her. "Tigerpelt!" Silverpaw said as he was knocked out of his thoughts. "Why do you hate Oakfall?" She asked as he looked at her happily. "I don't. What makes you think that?" What makes me think that? The fact that you were giving him a death stare! "Um, the fact that you were just hating him!" Silverpaw said, ears back while backing away. " No, I-" Silverpaw cut him off. "No! I don't want to hear your excuses! Stay away from me!" She stated at him, "No..."
