School Trip

I stepped on the bus awaiting
instructions from our teacher

We were on a school field trip to the beach to see and learn about different species of animals, it's going to be a four hour drive and we're staying overnight and needless to say I'm extremely excited.

I've never been this far away from home before, not only that but the teachers don't care how long we stay up so I can literally just stay up and talk with the girls

"Okay class, I'm going to assign you a seat buddy, don't whine if you get someone you don't like, it's only four hours kids"

Everyone instantly groaned

"Sorry not sorry! Partners will be in boy girl so you all don't get too loud and murder our ear drums. Now, partners areee.. Princess and Robby, Logan and Raven, Dexter and Blossom"

"Yes!" I inwardly smiled, Im immensely happy I didn't end up with someone I hated

"Oh woops, sorry Dexter your with Ashlyn, Blossom your with Brick"

"And my dreams were instantly crushed" I groaned

"Same here pinky, same here" brick complained, sitting down next to me

In the end bubbles and boomer were paired alongside buttercup and butch

I guess the teachers thought nothing would go wrong with that, totally

I stared out the window for the first few hours, just casually glancing at brick every once and a while

He wasn't really paying attention, he was just in a deep trance

Wonder what he could be thinking about..

I turned my gaze away and continued looking off into space

Ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod ohmygoooodd

I was super bored, I leaned my head against the seat

Maybe I should Mess with pinky a bit?

"Hey pinky"

"What?" She Replied in an obviously annoyed tone from me braking whatever she was thinking about

"So whats going on in that pretty little head of yours?"

"What" she said sternly, her cheeks were just slightly dusted pink

"Nothin babe"

"Uhm no, I'm not your babe, nor anyone else's" she rolled her pink eyes

I always envied her eyes, not Because I wish I had them or anything

It's just every time we battled is always catch myself getting lost in them, always making me lose focus

"Well that's too bad" I smirked, "because I'm still gonna call you babe"

I wrapped an arm around her

"Yeah nope" she laughed, taking my hand and placing it back at my side

"Not happening hot shot"

"Was worth a try" I smirked, leaning in closer to her, I was only teasing her, I wasn't actually gonna do anything

She leaned back as expected, trying to get as far away from me as possible
