I went downstairs and looked through Charlie's things and found a spare missing poster of Riley, When Bella told me about him I started to make connection all I needed was a little artistic colouring to confirm them. I drew sunglasses as best as I could and everything was confirmed Riley was a vampire and I had met him in the bookstore which means instead of two like everybody thinks I've been in his presence thrice.
"Johanna? Can i come in?" Bella asks, I put the picture away.
"Yeah" she comes in and sits on my bed
"Seen as you're coming with us me and Edward have a plan to mask our scents well mainly mine but you get the idea."
"How you gonna do that then"
"I think that if Jake carries me and someone carries you then the newborns will want to stay away from their 'smell'"
"Sure, whatever" of course she gets to be carried by Jake it's so un fair. I turn back around and start messing with some paper.
"But we need to test that theory out so let's go" I huffed in frustration and got up following them.

"You're not fighting. What did you pull a muscle or something" Jake asks as he arrived with Leah
"He's doing it for me okay?" I roll my eyes and walk past Jake to Leah. I smile at her to which she returns it.
"Whatever just tell us the plan" Jacob replies
"This field will give us the advantage in battle. We need to lure the newborns with Bella's scent but it need to end here .
"Edward, Johanna and I are going on a campsite even if he and Emmett carries us they'll still pick up our scents."
"Your stench however is revolting " Edward commented and I went to step forward to give a snarky remark but Leah held me back.
"Dude, you really don't want to start comparing stinks."
"What he means is that your scents will mask Johanna and I if you carry us . Apparently because were family we smell similar."
"Done" they agreed
"This is not a good idea"
"Don't be such a whimp prune face" I jumped on Leah's back
"Edward, they won't want to get anywhere near his odour " Jasper confirms.
"Let's just try it"
"Catch you in a bit Jasper...prune face" Leah ran off and into the woods.
