Brandon's POV
When I entered the hospital I made my way to the visiting area; where Nick told me to go. The first person I see is Isabella, and to be honest I don't even know what to say to her, she's crying a lot.
I see the boys sitting down, Fiffany and Tiffany with them.
"How is she?" I ask anyone.
"She's not awake right now, they had to do an emergency surgery and they said everything was going to be okay, but they don't know how long it will be until she wakes up" Isabella answers walking up to us. I give her a empathetic look and she gives me a fake grin. She wasn't crying anymore, but I could tell she was still upset. Fiffany and Charlotte go to give her a big hug and I can't help but feel bad for hurting Charlotte. Even though she is upset she still has a big heart and shows kindness to others.

but is she right? i think to myself. do i have feelings for Gabriella?
We all sit down for a while and just wait for any updates on her condition.
After a couple of hours a nurse comes out. "Isabella Gomez?" she asks and Isabella stands quickly. "Your sister is okay, as we told you she would be. She still isn't awake, but she is well enough to have visitors. Two at a time though please" Isabella nods understandingly as the nurse walks away.
"Who wants to go with Isabella?" Austin asks.
"I think Brandon should" Charlotte says quickly. I snap my head in her direction and she just nods, like she understands. "He really was the closest to her out of you guys" she continues and the guys nod, understanding. So I walk to her room with Isabella.
When we get there Gabby is laying on the bed, she looks completely broken and it breaks my heart. Isabella looks at me and sees me wipe a tear so she grabs my hand.
"Brandon, I can tell that you feel something for my baby sister. Even if you don't know it yet, it's there. Now you have a great girl waiting for you in that waiting room, and you have a great girl here lying on this bed. Either way someone is going to get hurt B, you just have to decide who's worth it more. I'm not going to be Biased and tell you to choose my sister because that would be wrong. I'm telling you to follow your heart, because it's never wrong, and I know that you know that. You need to decide if this little crush on Gabby is worth losing Charlotte, because if it is, then by all means choose my sister. But if it isn't, well you know. But Charlotte isn't going to wait around forever, and neither is Gabby." I nod understand. "Brandon have you been in love before Charlotte?" she asks, taking me by surprise.
