We are in mid September and today is the day of Isabella's birthday party. In a month will be her wedding. It's all happening so fast and I couldn't be more happy for her.
Naturally Kevin and I are throwing a surprise party for her, she just thinks the family is going out to a fancy dinner, but we are throwing her a huge party.
It's her last birthday party as a single lady and we had to go all out. (technically you're single until you're married).
I wrote a song for her, and I'm excited to sing it to her. It's going to be fun.
I'm currently sitting in Isabella and Kevin's kitchen planning some last minute things with Kevin when Isabella walks through the door.
"Hey what are you doing here?" she asks when she sees me.
"Just missed my sister, waiting for you to come home" i say with a smile.
"um okay" she says not fully buying it, but dropping it.
"Oh hey! Did you call Isaac and dad about the dinner tonight?" she asks me putting some groceries in the fridge.
"I did a week ago, and they just couldn't make it" I say lying. Obviously I wouldn't have a birthday party for my sister without my dad and cousin there. She looks down disappointed and nods, understandingly.
"But hey, we are going to make it fun! It'll be you, me, Kevin, Brandon, the guys of PRETTYMUCH and some friends!" I say standing up reassuring her.
"Yeah you're right, we'll just facetime them or something" she smiles.
"Okay, well I should get going" i trail off looking at Kevin who just nods. "But don't forget it's a fancy restaurant, please wear a pretty dress! Love you bye!" i say giving her a kiss on the cheek as I head out the door.
When I get home the guys are all on the couch watching Zion and Austin play fortnite. Brandon was on his phone but when he sees me he jumps up to greet me, walking in front of the TV.
"Dude Move!" Zion and Austin yell at him making him laugh and making me roll my eyes.
"Hey baby!" he says giving me a quick kiss. "Where'd you go? I woke up and you were already gone" he questions.
"I went to Isabella's place to finish up some last minute plans with Kevin while Isabella went shopping" i answer.
"You were alone in an apartment with Kevin?" he asks teasingly.
"ew, he's practically my brother" i laugh pushing him away.
"Can you guys keep it down i'm trying to focus!" Zion yells.
I roll my eyes at him before going to stand in front of the TV.
"Move!" Zion and Austin yell but I don't budge. All of a sudden Zion is killed making me laugh. He stands up angrily and looks at Brandon.
